"Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny"
"Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny" is the fifth installment of the "Indiana Jones" franchise. When speaking about the new film, Harrison Ford, who is starring in the upcoming film at 80, said, "I wanted an ambitious movie to be the last one. And I don't mean we didn't make ambitious movies before—they were ambitious in many ways. But not necessarily as ambitious with the character as I wanted the last one to be."
Ford recently attended the Cannes Film Festival, receiving a five-minute standing ovation. "I'm very mThis moves meld the audience in response to the respect he received from fans, according to Variety. "They say when you're about to die, you see your life flash before your eyes, and I just saw my life flash before my eyes. A great part of my life, but not all of my life… I'm grateful."
The film uses de-aging technology to make the 80-year-old actor look half his age throughout the film, which Ford said he was very impressed by. "It's not a kind of Photoshop magic—that's what I looked like 35 years ago," he said. "Because Lucasfilm has every frame of the film we've made together over all these years. And this process, this scientific mining of this library, this was put to good [use]."
