Halsey Sweetly Bonds With Son Ender During Rehearsal Before New Jersey Show

Halsey's first and only child, Ender, is growing so fast; we are all here for it! 

The phenomenal vocalist welcomed the little one in July 2021 with Turkish-American screenwriter Alev Aydin whom she broke up with in April 2023.

Despite the split, Halsey and Ender have the sweetest mother-son relationship, which she recently flaunted to the world during an adorable bonding moment ahead of her upcoming concert in her homeland.

Fans of the Grammy nominee were delighted with a treat on Wednesday, June 21, in the form of little Ender on her Instagram page amid her "Love & Power" Tour. While showing how preparations for her New Jersey concert were coming along, she included her baby in nearly all the six slides uploaded on her feed. 

Halsey began with a photo of herself on stage in an empty auditorium, carrying Ender, who had oversized headphones on and held a microphone. She added a zoomed-in shot of several violinists at work in the second slide, followed by a heart-lifting video of her playing with her son on her lap.

The 28-year-old was later captured in the fourth slide looking out at the empty hall with a spotlight on her, and in the fifth, Ender was seen having fun with a drum set. In the final slide, a chair was captured with Halsey's name tagged on the back while a violin was placed on it. 

Announcing details for the New Jersey show, she wrote in the caption, "No place like home. String ensemble shows start tonight at the one and only @njpac. It's a family affair." She also credited "@yasi" for the beautiful pictures, which over half a million people found joy in as they flooded it with likes.

Taking to the comments, several users gushed about the mother and son duo, including one who exclaimed, "Favorite singer and the first lil drummer! So excited for these shows!" A second commenter penned, "Ender has the coolest mommy in the world," and another expressed, "He's gonna be a performer just like his mama." 

A fourth user noted that the "Colors" musician was giving her son the "coolest life ever," while a fifth fan declared, "Endy, the best drummer for sure!"   "Endy is so lucky to have u as his mom," one other person remarked before a seventh follower called Ender a "born singer."

The third video in the carousel got one commenter so emotional, while a fellow fan described the singer and her son as "the cutest family evermore." Several other commenters expressed enthusiasm to see Halsey perform in her hometown; one such fan wrote, "I couldn't be more excited!! So proud of you, love." A second fellow raved, "AHHHH bringing back the violin!!!!! Where it all began – I'm so [excited]."

The cute bonding snaps come in the wake of Halsey filing for full physical custody of her child following her and her baby daddy's separation.

In the documents obtained by The Blast, she filed a petition to determine the parental relationship with Aydin while requesting only "reasonable visitation" to be granted to him. The "Now or Never" songstress also asked that she and her ex be given joint legal custody of Ender, allowing them the same rights to make crucial decisions for the boy.

Furthermore, she appealed for an order that the former couple split the costs of establishing a partnership for their attorney's charges.

Rehearsals for New Jersey come after the mother of one went to Bahrain as part of her "Love & Power" Tour, where she reportedly had a rough crowd. Nevertheless, she appreciated her fans for showing up, using an Instagram post featuring pictures of her time at the event.

"Groundbreaking and History Making show in Bahrain last week," she captioned the post, adding at the end, "The crowd was unbelievable, SO much energy. Thank you for having me!"

A few fans shared similar opinions about the concert, including one who called it the best night of their life. However, several others claimed it was a raucous affair with no security.

One such fan took to social media to apologize on behalf of the male crowd who were "rough" with her during her crowd interaction.
