Kim Zolciak Finally Talks About Her Divorce Publicly

Kim Zolciak is speaking up about her shocking divorce from Kroy Biermann, she has to defend herself from his accusations.

The reality TV star popped up on the timelines of her social media posts (to make sure this post sticks around) and wrote, “MY DIVORCE STATEMENT ? #LinkInBio.” She linked to a statement that reads:

“The emotional and mental abuse Kim has suffered from this man for so many years has taken a toll on her and, most heartbreakingly, their children. Kim has always been an extremely devoted mother to her children; they are her entire world and she is always there to love and support them every step of the way.”

The statement was featured on Celebuzz and came from Zolciak via her lawyer, David Beaudry. Zolciak is offended by some of the things that Biermann has been saying publicly about her.

The Don’t Be Tardy star's lawyer continues. "She refuses to allow Kroy to paint her as something she is not for his own gain. Kim looks forward to the day we can appear in court and solve these issues once and for all.”

The divorce has been a rough one for Zolciak and Biermann, they could have never expected their marriage would end and that it would be this bitter. Sources have been sharing news all over the place about the divorce.

PageSix reported that money issues have been a huge problem for the estranged duo and it’s mostly because Zolciak spends like crazy allegedly. Plus, don’t forget he accused her of having a gambling compulsion.

Something tells us he has no issue with using all of the footage from the Bravo TV reality show showing Zolciak gambling and worse, describing why she loves the casino and how it makes her feel!

The former professional athlete has made it clear that he believes Zolciak is the problem. He called the cops on her and told the police she hit him, has locked him out of the master bathroom one night so he was unable to take a shower.

He has accused her of being a detriment to the children they share together and has asked for full custody but will graciously allow Zolciak to have visitation. Zolciak in return has accused Biermann of his own faults.

She alleges that Biermann smokes a lot of marijuana and would like for him to submit to drug testing and to show that she is deadly serious, Zolciak has requested that Biermann not be allowed to cut his hair to evade any possible positive test.

Kim Zolciak’s post has garnered a lot of support from her fans. “So sorry you’re going thru this ❤️ sending love!!” writes one fan. “Sending love and prayers Kim!” another follower wrote, “We need Don’t be Tardy for the divorce on Bravo asap,” begging to see Zolciak back on their screen since the cancellation of Don’t Be Tardy.

Some followers chose to call out Zolciak for allegedly being greedy. “Let me save you all the trouble.  Kim spent all the money. The end!” same tune that Biermann has been singing in his legal filings.

“Soon as you got with @biermann71 you began spending all that man's money. It's documented on the show. From the houses, gambling, and not to mention you and the daughter’s plastic surgeries. Now you want to leave. #GoldDiggingAtItsFinest.”
