"John Goodman is, quite frankly, a legend," Puons began. "My grandson loves him, my mother loves him, and I love him."
"He's crossed several generations with phenomenal film and television careers. He's done it all, played every role. If he weren't leading the jury, we'd give him our lifetime achievement award," he added.
He Is Looking To Get Back Into A 'Routine'
Following the tremendous success of his weight loss journey, Goodman expressed his intention to get back into his routines and maintain the healthier lifestyle he has achieved. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, the actor discussed his plans for the future and his determination to prioritize his well-being.

The actor's routines include regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and self-care practices that have contributed to his successful transformation.
"I'm trying to squeeze all the medical shit in that I've missed over those years," Goodman shared. "That was just getting out and walking the dogs. I was boxing until then and haven't been able to do that since Covid because I'm lazy."
He continued, "I haven't been exercising, but I'm going to start a routine again this summer where I can get some stuff done. I've just let everything go because I haven't had the energy because of the jobs."
John Goodman's Routine Plan Includes Boxing
As the "Argo" actor strives to maintain his weight loss and continue living a healthy lifestyle, he revealed that his routine plan includes an exciting addition: boxing. The 70-year-old actor will incorporate the intense and invigorating sport into his fitness regimen.
In the interview with Rolling Stone, he was asked if boxing was his sport of choice which he responded in the affirmative.
"I dug that. I dug it. Yeah. Nobody will get hurt, but it's just hitting the mitts and trying to learn," he shared. "Just hitting the mitts. I never got good enough where I would trust myself to spar because once I get whacked in the face, I don't know if I wouldn't lose it."
He also divulged that he's looking to learn more about the intense sports, saying, "Someday I'd like to get that far advanced. But it's usually just an hour, an hour and a half of hitting the mitts, hitting the bags, learning the footwork. It's great."
