This tribute from Rumer holds immense significance, especially considering the challenges the Willis family faces following Bruce's diagnosis of dementia earlier this year.

On Instagram, Rumer, who recently became a mother herself, she posted a precious photo capturing the special moment between her father, Willis, and his newborn granddaughter, Louetta Isley.

In the picture, the legendary actor was seen wearing a plaid shirt, black cap, and black trousers as he cradled his first grandchild while they both looked away from the camera. In another snapshot, Rumer joined the duo, holding her daughter while she lovingly hugged her father.

The 34-year-old glowed in a light blue polka dot skirt paired with a yellow cardigan. In the accompanying caption, Rumer showered praises on the "Red" actor, writing, "Seeing my father hold my daughter today was something I will treasure for the rest of my life. His sweetness and love for her were so pure and beautiful. Papa, I'm so lucky to have you and Lou."

She concluded her touching tribute, adding, "Thank you for being the silliest, most loving, coolest Daddio a girl could ask for. Best Girl Dad in the game."

The 34-year-old didn't stop there. She also took the opportunity to acknowledge her boyfriend, Derek Richard Thomas, on his first Father's Day. The post featured images of Thomas reading with his Louetta and another in a face mask.

"Thank you for filling the house with music for her to hear ? Thank you for all the late night diaper changes and silly faces," an excerpt of her tribute read.

She expressed her gratitude for the unique qualities Derek brings to their daughter's life, embracing their collective goofiness and celebrating their journey as parents. "Thank you for the greatest girl I could imagine in my wildest dreams. We love you ?," she concluded.

As fans might remember, Rumer welcomed her daughter on April 18, only confirming the news a week after her birth. The elated mother took to Instagram to share a heartwarming photo of the newborn in all her magic alongside unveiling her name.

Proud grandmother Demi Moore shared, "Pure love for this little birdie," while her stepmother Emma Heming Willis, Bruce's wife, celebrated Rumer and her baby by writing, "Omg, we love her so so much."

Weeks before Father's Day, fans were given a special treat when Bruce was seen thriving and in good spirits in public.

The "Armageddon" star's second wife, Emma Heming, shared a video capturing a memorable trip of the Willis clan to Disneyland in Anaheim, California. Heming's daughters, Mabel and Evelyn, were joined by their older sisters, Rumer, Tallulah, and Scout,

The heartwarming clip featured the beloved children's song "Zip-a-dee-doo-dah" in the background, showing the family group ride on Splash Mountain, a popular attraction at the theme park. The "Die Hard" actor was seen with his younger daughters on a ride with a broad smile on his face.

Fans seeing Bruce was a great relief given that last year his family shared the heartbreaking news that Bruce Willis was battling a degenerative brain disease. 

Diagnosed initially with aphasia in March 2022, the family revealed in February 2023 that he had since been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, a condition they described as "cruel" and currently without treatment. Nevertheless, he has remained surrounded by love.
