The Walt Disney Company and Disney Parks and Resorts are celebrating the most wonderful time of the year.

It's officially halfway to the holidays and Disney is getting in the spirit by announcing exciting new offerings coming to the Parks for this year -- including a brand new "Frozen"-themed show.

Join Elsa, Anna, Olaf, and Kristoff as the "Frozen" friends celebrate the holidays in front of Cinderella Castle and Magic Kingdom -- one of Walt Disney World's four theme parks. The new show, titled "Frozen Holiday Surprise" will allow Guests to witness the "Frozen" crew as they "illuminate" Cinderella Castle like never before.

For the first time in forever, guests will be able to join Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and the Snowgies in front of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom for “Frozen Holiday Surprise,” a brand new “Frozen”-inspired entertainment experience that will illuminate the castle in a whole new way. This delightful new offering can be seen during regular park hours and during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog for more details on this exciting holiday addition.

"Frozen Holiday Surprise" will take place every evening during both regular Park hours and during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party -- a special ticketed after hours event.

What is Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party?

On 25 select nights, families can attend Magic Kingdom’s Christmas Party called Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

This special ticketed event happens after hours at Magic Kingdom and allows families to enjoy time together at this magical gathering. See Mickey and Minnie in their holiday outfits, watch a special Christmas-themed fireworks show called “Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show”, or indulge in milk and cookies at special treat locations throughout the park.

Get in the Christmas spirit as your host—Minnie Mouse—invites you to take in a sparkling, yuletide fireworks display. Watch as the sky becomes alight with festive colors to the tune of some of your favorite carols like Deck the Halls and We Wish You a Merry Christmas.

This merry display can be thoroughly enjoyed from most locations throughout Magic Kingdom park—including Liberty Square, Fantasyland and Tomorrowland.

Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show will be presented as part of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party––offered select nights November 9 through December 22, 2023.

Guests can also watch “Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade”, a special parade that only appears during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! Per Disney, “With his famous flying reindeer leading the way, Santa Claus will join Mickey Mouse and friends in the must-see “Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade” as it makes its way through the park.”

How To Attend Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

If you are looking to visit Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, the special ticketed event will take place on select nights through November and December at Magic Kingdom Park. The dates are as follows:

November: 9, 10, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 21, 22, 26, 28, 30
December: 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22

Tickets for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will be available for purchase online beginning July 6. Ticket prices will range from $159-$199 per person. Tickets will be limited.
