Singer Lady Gaga is taking the time to address her 55.2 million Instagram followers with a "personal moment."

The 37-year-old singer, born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, is giving fans an inside look at her "artistic process" as she begins working on The Chromatica Ball film edit.

On Friday night, the "Born This Way" singer took to Instagram to share a black-and-white photo that featured her sitting on the floor in cuffed jeans and cut-off black boots. She has her long blonde hair tied back in a ponytail as she glances down and away from the camera.

"I wanted to share a more personal moment with you today, I know I haven’t been doing a lot of that lately and some of you are really longing for me to share more of my artistic process," she wrote in the caption. "I’ve been experiencing my creativity ever since last summer in a really special and private way."

In addition to her music, the "Hold My Hand" singer is also starring in the sequel to "Joker" opposite Joaquin Phoenix and continuing to develop her beauty company, Haus Labs. As the singer explained, she has a lot on her plate at the moment:

"I wrote and produced music for a special project, I prepared for months developing my character for Joker, I filmed Joker for many months (a very introspective time), I have been running my start-up Haus Labs, doing philanthropic work, and additionally have been working on The Chromatica Ball film edit."

The "Bad Romance" singer went on to write, "I can say for the first time in many years that my love of making art, music, fashion, and supporting community has never been more fulfilling. I may not be sharing as much of myself online as I have in the past, but I hope you know this time to myself has been extremely healing and recharging for my heart, mind, body, and creativity—to create within myself and to have a personal life that’s just for me."

Unfortunately, it seems the pop star is concerned that her fans might not feel the same way. "I’m sure that may feel different because I haven’t always been so private (I bet that will make some of you laugh)—but I LOVE my fans, my little monsters, so much and that will never change," she continued. "I can’t even begin to describe how much our global community inspires me every day to bring as much joy as I can to your lives."

To help appease fans, she shared a photo that featured her working on The Chromatica Ball film edit and even shared a frame from the film on the television screen behind her. "I can’t WAIT for you to experience it," she wrote, wrapping up her lengthy caption by saying, "Thank you for being willing to grow with me so that I can change and transform with the community I love so much. I hope you love all the things I’ve been creating for you and I hope this is a small reminder to you of my deep passion and commitment to art."

Many fans were pleased with the update. Make-up artist Sarah Tanno commented, “I love you!!! You give so much to everyone and we are so grateful for everything you do for the artist community. You inspire so many especially me.” One fan replied, “Thank you for being such an amazing friend to her and being there for her, girly. You're both so amazing.”

“RuPaul’s Drag Race” star Jan Sport commented, “We never beg for anything from you mommy. You move at your own pace and lead us through your art. We are SO grateful for anything you give to us. Be you. Share you when you want. We will be here for every time you have been here for us.” One follower commented, “Jan!!! So well said.”

One fan commented, “Mother, we love you. I'm sorry that you have to deal with such harsh fake fans that think they own you or that they owe you something, you owe them nothing. I've been stanning you for 14 years now and I'm all for you respecting your time, your boundaries and most importantly taking care of yourself. All my love to you and keep going.”

Another follower, dog trainer Xris Lobo, wrote the “House of Gucci” actress a full letter. “Lady Gaga, Thank you for opening up and sharing this personal moment with us. It’s wonderful to hear that you’ve been exploring your creativity in a special and private way, nurturing your artistic spirit.
