Kroy Biermann Is Losing One More Personal Asset In Hellish Divorce From Kim Zolciak

Kroy Biermann’s Rolls Royce is in danger of being taken away. One more thing he could lose in this messy divorce from Kim Zolciak.

The former Atlanta Falcons player is battling his wife, Zolciak, in one of the messiest divorces Bravo fans have seen. The latest struggle that the father of four has to deal with is trying to keep his Rolls Royce.

It’s reported that BMW Financial Services filed suit against Kroy on June 12. The company detailed that Biermann entered into a lease agreement with them and has been unable to uphold his end of the bargain for a 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

Several of the required payments have been missed on Biermann’s behalf. The company notes that the car in question is currently in Biermann’s possession at the Georgia home he shares with his estranged wife.

“Mr. Biermann never imagined that he would find himself in this position, having a car repossessed,” Biermann’s attorney claims in the court docs obtained by Radar Online. “But this is the fallout when folks spend way beyond their means. Kroy retired and no longer received that NFL salary… I don’t think anyone told Kim.”

Biermann’s lawyer is going for the jugular, pointing out that Zolciak is to blame for the broken family's situation.

“When it comes to finances, Kim is detached from reality; every month, Kroy has to scratch enough money together to pay the mortgage to save the home from going into foreclosure; they are getting collection notices and now, lawsuits on behalf of creditors,” the lawyer admits.

“Kim continues to spend money on online gambling, wine, and things that are NOT necessities but luxuries. Well, now they have one less luxury item.”

Biermann has also made it clear via his lawyer that he is not allowing his wife to go back to reality TV and make money off the family's demise. Biermann has allegedly been working overtime to protect his kids from the divorce.

Biermann claims, “[Kim] continues to direct, in a derogatory tone, abusive, profane and threat-laden language at [Kroy] with little concern if the children are present.”

The lawyer also notes. “Based on previous experience, [Kroy] is concerned that [Kim] will use the television show to garner attention by discussing the divorce and exposing the children to behavior that would be great for TV ratings, but not for the mental health and wellbeing of the children.”

The wannabe country singer’s lawyers insist that it’s Biermann who has been the problem.

“The emotional and mental abuse Kim has suffered from this man for so many years has taken a toll on her and, most heartbreakingly, their children. Kim has always been an extremely devoted mother to her children; they are her entire world, and she is always there to love and support them every step of the way.”
