Robby Starbuck In Potential Legal Trouble After Sharing Photo Of Megan Fox's Kids

Actress Megan Fox might get a favorable resolution to the drama involving Robby Starbuck.
The former politician, who recently moved from California to Tennessee, criticized the "Jennifer's Body" actress and accused her of forcing her three sons to wear feminine clothing, including dresses. However, Starbuck did not have permission to post those photos, and the paparazzi agency that owns the snaps is speaking out.
Robby Starbuck In Legal Hot Water After Posting A Photo Of Megan Fox's Kids Without Permission
These are Megan Fox’s sons. We used to live in the same gated community and our kids played at the park. I saw 2 of them have a full on breakdown saying they were forced by their mom to wear girls clothes as their nanny tried to console them. It’s pure child abuse. Pray for them. pic.twitter.com/k3ULKG7fFm

On June 8, the self-proclaimed "Free Thinker" took to Instagram to share not one, but several photos of Fox's three children. "These are Megan Fox’s sons. We used to live in the same gated community and our kids played at the park. I saw 2 of them have a full on breakdown saying they were forced by their mom to wear girls clothes as their nanny tried to console them. It’s pure child abuse. Pray for them," he tweeted.
He deleted a photo that featured another snapshot of Fox with her children, but shared "more context" to the situation, writing, "This was around 5 years ago so they were younger than they are in this pic. There was another witness + the nanny when the boys did this. It started with one and the other one chimed in. 3rd child was not involved."
It’s truly horrific. It was about 5 years ago so the 2 involved were even younger than they look here. I resisted sharing this before because of how young they were and knowing California wouldn’t do anything about it. It’s tragic. DM btw, I have an idea to fight this ideology.

"We knew California wouldn’t do anything about it because the state celebrates this stuff and she’s famous. Weirder wrinkle to this: I worked with Megan once on a small shoot about a year or so before she moved into our community and she was very nice to me so I was shocked when this happened later on," he continued.
"Just a very weird situation but clearly those boys weren’t happy. I never said anything publicly because they were so young and I thought it would stop because they were vocally expressing the desire to wear 'boy clothes'. We moved to TN shortly after and I saw this photo of the boys going around online this week," he added. "Really sad it didn’t stop back then and wish there was more we could’ve done back then but there really wasn’t anything we could do in CA."
Robby Starbuck Reportedly Did Not Have Permission To Use Those Photos
On Tuesday, the paparazzi reportedly fired off a legal letter to the ex-GOP candidate claiming that he did not have a license to use the photo, nor did he purchase it, as per TMZ. They allege that Starbuck is infringing on their copyright to the picture and shutting down any possible claims to "fair use."
Although some of his comments in his Twitter thread do seem politically motivated, Backgrid, the agency that owns the photo, claims that he can't argue that the photo was used for political purposes and does not rise to the legal standard that would allow him to use it under the "fair use" clause.
"While historically not always the case, we expect those who hope to serve as our elected representatives to lead by example and fully comply with federal law. Today, we demand you do so," the outlet reports they wrote in the legal letter. They are asking Starbuck to meet their demands, considering millions of users have viewed the photo and Backgrid hasn't gotten a penny.

Over the weekend, the 37-year-old actress released a statement on Instagram in response to the viral tweet. "hey @robbystarbuck i really don’t want to give you this attention because clearly youre a clout chaser but let me teach you something... irregardless of how desperate you may become at any given time to acquire wealth, power, success, or fame - never use children as leverage or social currency," she wrote. "especially under malevolent and erroneous pretense."
"exploiting my child’s gender identity to gain attention in your political campaign has put you on the wrong side of the universe," she continued. "i have been burned at the stake by insecure, narcissistic, impotent little men like you many times and yet i’m still here. you f----ed with the wrong witch."
She followed it up with another message on her Instagram Stories that featured an article from the New York Post. The headline read: “Stunned nurse: I caught ‘witches holding a caracass-eating ritual’ on my security camera.”
“Me outside rob starbucks house,” the actress wrote over the photo.
Megan Fox has responded to my concern about her sons being dressed up in girls clothes with an IG post where she seemingly threatens me with witchcraft. Does that seem like a sane response to you? Her post and my response back are below. ⬇️⬇️ pic.twitter.com/6ioRvpYK5i
