In a recent post, the reality TV star shared a selfie, embracing the natural flawlessness of her skin and well-defined eyebrows. Styling her wavy blonde curls to the side, the model smiled at the camera and accompanied the snap with an encouraging message to her followers, writing, "Be good to each other. Have a safe weekend. ❤️⚓️??." 

It was her soft, plump lips, however, that caught the attention of one of her fans, who took to the comments with a question that read, "I want to do the lip lift... do you love that you did it? You look incredible as always... but ANY info is helpful.."

Not one to hold back, Moakler responded with a startling revelation as she penned, "@annajencook best thing I ever did longgggggg recovery." Her devoted fans could not help but shower her with compliments and support, expressing their adoration for her stunning looks, calling her "pretty" and a "lovely lady." 

This person even described her as the "most beautiful woman on this earth ?❤️." While another gushed, "Gorgeous!! Have a blessed day, mama! ☀️?." Someone else felt the need to affirm her caption, emphatically noting:

"Exactly! Do good -be good.. and hopefully the world will follow. You're absolutely a gorgeous soul inside and out and should be recognized for that." 

In a world where the image is often carefully curated, Moakler has embraced transparency, allowing her fans to connect with her on a deeper level. The 48-year-old has boldly shared details about her plastic surgery journeys and has been open about her body insecurities. 

Some of the various enhancements the "Meet the Barkers" alum has undergone over the years include her 2016 liposuction, cellulite removal, and a butt enhancement. 

Two years later, the "Bridalplasty" host's journey through cosmetic procedures continued with another liposuction and a tummy tuck, a process she openly shared on her Instagram page. Providing an update to her followers, she wrote:

"Alright, guys, I am 5 weeks post-op! I am starting to see a difference, still really swollen and some discoloration from bruising but all the lumps and weird pockets but my scar are gone, and that makes me happy, as that was what really bothered me, even though I hid it well."

She did not hesitate to express her desire to make her backside smaller in another Instagram post the same year. The mother-of-three revealed her plans for plastic surgery during an Instagram Q&A session in April 2021.

When asked about her breasts, whether implants or natural, the former beauty queen candidly replied, "My boobies are real. I've never had a lift or fat transfer, but I want to this year." 

Despite her initial struggles with belly fat, the TV personality did not let that deter her from achieving her goals. After realizing that exercise and cardio alone were ineffective in targeting her midsection, she decided to undergo liposuction surgery following the birth of her children. 

This surgical procedure proved the key to getting rid of the stubborn belly fat that had troubled her. Meanwhile, as the fall season approached and the summer heat gradually faded away, the former Playboy Playmate of the Month ignited the heat on her Instagram feed. 

Unfazed by the chilly weather, she flaunted her sultry frame in a stunning tiger print bikini. In the mirror selfie that left little to the imagination, the barely-there swimsuit accentuated her great features, with the top drawing attention to her curves. 

The revealing snap that was captioned, "Hot in the valley this month," showcased her toned abs and stylish belly ring, further adding to the allure of her summer-ready physique. She gave credit where it was due by tagging her fitness trainer and sharing details about where her eye-catching look could be found.
