Arabella is the first child of Ivanka and Jared, born on July 17, 2011, two years after they tied the knot. In 2013, the couple welcomed a son Joseph and expanded their family again in 2016 with a son, Theodore.

'The Apprentice' Star Converted To Orthodox Judaism For Her Husband

While Arabella’s Bat Mitzvah may surprise some, unaware of Ivanka’s religious conversion, the avid businesswoman previously detailed her religious choice. According to reports, the 41-year-old entrepreneur converted to Judaism after tying the knot with her husband.

However, she likes to keep the discussion private, seeing the subject as "such a personal thing." The media personality spoke about her religious beliefs during a conversation with Vogue. "We’re pretty observant, more than some, less than others. I feel like it’s such an intimate thing for us," she said.

She added, "It’s been a great life decision for me. I am very modern, but I’m also a very traditional person, and I think that’s an interesting juxtaposition of how I was raised. I find that Judaism creates an amazing blueprint for family connectivity."

Detailing her religious practices, the fashion entrepreneur told the news outlet they keep Kosher and observe the Sabbath. Most significantly, they take out time for their family. "From Friday night until sundown on Saturday, they disconnect from the rest of the world and enjoy time with their family."

Trump explained how important and helpful the ritual of disconnecting from the world has been for her, saying, "It’s an amazing thing when you’re so connected to sign off. And for Arabella to know she has me, undivided, one day a week? We do nothing except play with each other, hang out with one another, and go on walks together. Pure family."

The investor, on his part, also accepted the ritual and even shared that his wife learned to cook due to it. "Ivanka’s such a type A,” he said. “She just gets it done. But she said, ‘If we’re going to do Shabbos, I’m going to cook.’ She never cooked before in her life and became a great cook. So for Friday, she’ll make dinner for just the two of us, and we turn our phones off for 25 hours."
