Jimmie Allen’s record label has permanently severed all ties with him after additional allegations of sexual impropriety surfaced.

As it turns out, a second woman has accused the music star in a new lawsuit, claiming that he sexually assaulted her and recorded the incident without her consent. This case is the latest legal challenge facing Allen, who was first accused of sexual battery, assault, sex trafficking, and false imprisonment by an undisclosed former manager just one month ago.

Jimmie Allen Dropped By His  Nashville Record Company Amid His Legal Woes

Known for hit songs like "Make Me Want To" and "Best Shot," Allen's life has continued on a downward trajectory amid the allegations of sexual battery and assault leveled against him. In its latest twist, Broken Bow Records (BBR) Music Group dropped the 37-year-old and issued a statement to that effect via Variety:

"BBR Music Group has dissolved its relationship with Jimmie Allen. He is no longer an active artist on its roster."

Although he has since denied the claims that he raped and sexually abused the ex-manager over an 18-month period, calling them "not only false but also extremely damaging," the onslaught of new accusations by Jane Doe 2 has damaged his remaining credibility.

In the papers filed on June 9, Doe claimed that she was unaware of Allen's fame when they first met on a flight to Nashville in May 2022. She soon became familiar with him after they struck up a conversation, and the "Freedom was a Highway" singer's bodyguard secured her phone number on his behalf.

Over the next couple of months, Doe 2 and the "be alright" vocalist maintained constant communication through FaceTime and text, and he ultimately "expressed his love for her and told her he could see a future together."

The plaintiff explained in the documents that even though she repeatedly asked the father-of-five about his wife, Alexis Gale, he "assured her that he and his wife were separated" — the couple only filed for divorce in April 2023 after being married for nearly three years.

The lawsuit further alleged that Doe 2 and Allen later met up in Las Vegas, where the former felt "comfortable and safe" in the superstar's hotel room because she was told she would have her own room. The presence of the Milton-born celeb’s bodyguard, Charles Hurd, also calmed her nerves.

Although the unidentified woman admitted to "willingly" joining the defendant in the bedroom, she clarified that she did not consent to have sex without a condom, and her repeated pleas for him to pull out before ejaculating allegedly fell on deaf ears.

Doe 2 then declared that she did not know the "This Is Us" singer had recorded their tryst. It was when he passed out and she attempted to exit the hotel room that she supposedly noticed his phone filming them from the closet. She promptly tried to delete the footage before taking the device and turning it into local police when she arrived home to file a police report.

While BBR Music Group, his talent agency, UTA, and the management firm, The Familie, suspended Allen when the allegations first became public last month, he was immediately dropped by his publicity team at Full Coverage Communications.

The CMT Music Award Nominee Issued A Public Apology To His Soon-To-Be Ex-Wife

In May, The Blast reported that the country musician issued a public apology to his wife a few days after being accused of sexual impropriety. In the caption of an Instagram post that has since been deleted, he began:

"I want to publicly apologize to my wife, Alexis, for humiliating her with my affair. I'm embarrassed that my choices have brought shame upon her. That's something that she did not deserve at all."

"I also want to apologize to my children for being a poor example of a man and a father. I'm working on becoming a better person my kids can be proud of. My goal is to be better than the generation before me," Allen continued.

After acknowledging how the strain of the music industry can potentially lead stars to losing everything they have worked for, he expressed shame for not being able to resist the temptations.

He wrapped up with a plea for others to seek help when necessary, emphasizing that embracing vulnerabilities and having a supportive network was key. It is worth noting that Gale is currently pregnant with her and Allen’s third child together.
