Adrian And Jordan Grenier Said "I Do" About A Year Ago
The couple tied the knot in a surprise ceremony last June. Adrian told PEOPLE that the wedding "wasn't planned."
"We eloped in the Atlas Mountains while on vacation with friends in Morocco," he said. "We embraced the serendipity of the moment and decided to tie the knot — literally, we didn't have rings, so we used string for rings."
The couple said "I do" in front of their loved ones, and Adrian's musician friend RY X officiated the ceremony after getting ordained on his cell phone during dinner.
"We couldn't have planned a better wedding if we tried," Adrian said. "We were with a group of incredible friends, all of whom immediately rallied behind us and embraced the moment's spontaneity. They put so much love and effort into creating a wedding from thin air."
The actor took to Instagram to share his big news.
"I've always been romantic. Since I was born, I've had a pure vision of love," he began his caption. "My essential core dreamed of one day being bonded with another. I declared to my mother at the mere age of 8, 'Mom, I am a one-woman man!'"

His caption continued to talk about his love story that "got off track." "I was blinded and numb, lost in shadow. Afraid, cynical, surrounded by so many, but alone," he continued. "You came into my life, delivered a cosmic wallop upside my soul, and I was moved back to love."
The couple, who have been together since at least 2017, relocated to a farm in Austin, Texas, a few years ago. During an interview with City Lifestyle, Adrian talked about his move.
"When I decided I wanted to settle in Texas, I knew I wanted a partner to live that experience with me; that's where Jordan comes in," he said. "We have a long history, and I said, 'I'm in love, and if you are too, I want to build something together.' Thankfully, she was interested."
