Tarek El Moussa Re-Enact Favorite Childhood Memory With Son Brayden

Tarek El Moussa, who has declared that 'dad life is a hundred percent the life for him,' is following through on his word with all his kids!

Known for his charismatic presence on the hit TV show "Flip or Flop," the entrepreneur is determined to show that his work-life balance is on the correct scale. Tarek recently decided to create a unique time capsule with his 7-year-old son, Brayden preserving cherished moments from his past and passing them on to the next generation. 

Taking to his Instagram page, the reality TV star shared a heartwarming video that showed him and the little boy playing catch. The proud father wore his signature black ensemble consisting of a face cap, hoodie over a shirt, pants, and flip-flops. He threw the ball to the youngster, who caught it with a baseball mitt on his left hand.

Brayden donned a white shirt over colorful shorts and sneakers and chatted happily with his dad before bending over as he missed the last catch. In the caption, the 41-year-old partly wrote:

"I remember growing up and playing catch with my dad- It was one of my favorite things, and it's something I still remember till this day." 

He noted that the experience taught him the profound impact of small moments in life, adding, "Hoping that these are the memories and moments that Bray remembers too ?❤️." Tarek then asked his followers if they had "a favorite childhood memory??," and in no time, they began to share their experiences and compliments.

One commenter fondly recalled their favorite fishing memory with their dad while another wrote, "Baking w my grandma :). Making pickles and pies!" A third also volunteered, stating, "ROLLER SKATING!! I spent my childhood at the skating rink!" Another person pointed out about Brayden, "He is such a cute kid. I like that he isn't shy."

In March, when the growing boy achieved a remarkable feat during a sports game, Tarek shared his pride with the world. Taking to social media, he expressed his excitement and detailed the proud dad moment he experienced while watching Brayden excel in his first soccer game of the season.

The photo captured a tender moment between the TV personality and his baby boy as they posed on a vast field. The adorable tot sported lemon soccer boots, a green jersey, shorts, and stockings, holding a plastic bottle and a small white bowl in his arms.

With a broad smile, the father-of-three knelt and embraced his child from behind, wearing a black hoodie, joggers, a black face cap, and flip-flops. With heartfelt words, the HGTV star expressed his sentiments in the caption:

"Bray's first soccer game of the season, and he got the winning goal !!!!! It was such a proud dad moment for me ? Not just because they won or that he got the final goal but because Bray has been practicing and he got to see that his hard work paid off ? If only you guys could've seen his game-winning smile… ❤️❤️❤️." 

Ever since he welcomed his third child, Tristan, with his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, the TV star's social media posts have captured his genuine appreciation for every precious moment of the incredible journey.

As reported by The Blast, in a tender display of affection, the "Brother vs. Brother" judge shared adorable pictures of himself and his little one. In the first image, he sat on a bed dressed casually in a navy-colored shirt and a black face cap. Holding the tiny tot securely in his hands, their eyes met in sheer awe with mouths agape. 

In the second image, the "Face the Truth" panelist could not hide his smile as he faced the camera while his little boy's alert eyes fixated on something captivating. His caption perfectly summed up the moment:

"Our faces say it all… I think we were both in awe ? This photo was taken from the first day I held our boy in my arms ❤️." 

The "Entertainment Tonight" guest host continued to express his feelings, writing, "It is just as exciting, nerve-racking, emotional the third time, but dad life is 100% the life for me ? Can't believe it's already been three weeks since he came into our world!! He has already grown so much ❤️."
