"Southern Charm" star Thomas Ravenel has filed suit against Bravo demanding a judge stop them from airing unaired footage on the show.

Ravenel filed court docs in his custody battle with baby mama Kathryn Dennis over their two kids. She is seeking primary custody of the children.

In his suit against Bravo, first reported by Radar Online, Ravenel says the network and producers “encouraged" him to file for custody against Dennis to create drama on the show.

Ravenel, who is about to be on trial for an alleged sexual assault in South Carolina, claims he learned that Bravo and producers have unaired footage of his kids and ex talking about the legal battle and it was to be aired on the upcoming season.
