Migos’ members Quavo, Takeoff and Offset have been slapped with a lawsuit, along with Sean Kingston, by a former limo driver who claims he was injured after being caught in the middle of a fight between all four hip-hop stars.

Las Vegas limo driver Michael Gradney sued the hip-hop stars over the incident that went down February 21, 2017. Gradney explains he was working as a driver for the Migos and was scheduled to take them to the Sands Expo and Convention Center. He claims while standing outside the limo, a fight broke out between Kingston, Migos and two unknown men.

Gradney says he was knocked down in the melee and "severely injured." He also believes a gun was fired, which caused other witnesses to go to the ground for cover.

Gradney claims the Migos then ordered him to get back in the car and drive them away. He says throughout the ordeal, he "feared for his life."

The driver is suing for assault and battery, and seeking unspecified damages for the alleged permanent physical and psychological injuries he suffered.
