The 38-year-old mother shows off her two babies not long after fans learned her son's name nearly a year after his birth. On her Instagram Story, she shared two shots of True with her brother on a balcony, backing the camera, thereby obscuring their faces from view.

Both snaps displayed the five-year-old holding Tatum from behind as he held onto the rails. The older sibling wore a short-sleeved loose lavender dress with floral patterns. She paired her outfit with fluffy multicolored slippers while her younger sibling wore a light blue onesie.

Although in the first image, the two were concentrated on what lay ahead of them from the verandah, the following post showed True gazing down at Tatum and caressing his ears.

She explained, "He was delivered via surrogate or the stork, I like to say, and at first, I did not know what I would name him. I wanted to meet him and feel him out a little bit, and so at first, he didn't have a name."

The "Khloé & Lamar" star then mentioned that she was waiting for the premiere of the third season of "The Kardashians" before letting fans know Tatum's name. Furthermore, she said that if True let the cat out of the bag before the premiere, she would be "screwed."

While the cat was let out of the bag— with her best friend Malika Haq accidentally calling the little one Tate on social media — it wasn't confirmed until the family's reality show aired. During the episode, Khloe shared her son's name for the first time after meeting up with James Corden at her sister Kendall Jenner's 818 Tequila event.

Corden asked the 38-year-old what was new with her, and she promptly shared the baby's name, Tatum, adding, "Naming a human is hard."

The 'Revenge Body" Star Dished On Her Confused Emotions Upon The Birth Of Her Son Via Surrogacy

During a confessional on "The Kardashians" season three, Khloé got candid about the complicated emotions she experienced concerning her using a surrogate to birth Tatum. "I buried my head in the sand during that pregnancy," she declared. The TV star added that getting to the hospital was the first time she registered the situation of Tatum's birth, which had nothing to do with the boy.

"I felt guilty that this woman just had my baby," she elucidated. "And then I take the baby and go to another room, and you're separated. It's such a transactional experience because it's not about him."

Khloé wished someone had been honest about surrogacy and how different it felt from natural birth. In her words, "I wish someone was honest about surrogacy and the difference of it. That doesn't mean it's bad — it's great but very different."

The "Revenge Body with Khloe" host admitted she felt less connected to her newborn son, calling it a "mindf**k."
