Kendra Wilkinson Praises Ex-Husband Hank Baskett As The 'Greatest Father Ever'

Following her divorce, she has chosen to focus on her career and prioritize her children, stating that dating is not currently a priority. She shared that she finds fulfillment in her successful real estate ventures.

Kendra Wilkinson holds unwavering affection for her former spouse, Hank Baskett, as she reflects on their co-parenting journey. The star of "Kendra Sells Hollywood" spoke openly about their partnership in raising their two children, Alijah Mary, 9, and Hank Jr., 13, emphasizing Baskett's role as an exceptional father.

During an interview with US Weekly, Wilkinson shared, "I'll forever love my ex-husband. He's the greatest father to my kids and that's all I really just ask for." 

She further expressed, "That itself is so good. It's good enough. If later down the line things happen, then they happen. I will always love him and I loved him once. Love doesn't just go away."

The former Playboy model emphasized, "We only have a short time on Earth, and once you love someone, I will always love them, you know? And my kids are just so happy and they're so taken care of."

She proudly shared some recent milestones, stating, "My son is dunking in basketball now. My daughter is starring in Matilda. There's so much good, and life is just getting good again."

Reflecting on her personal journey, Wilkinson revealed, "I was struggling for years bad. I was in a very bad, dark cave for a very long time so life is finally starting to get good again, and I hope that I can continue this and keep pushing."

After her divorce, Wilkinson shared that she currently lacks any inclination to pursue a new romantic relationship. "Dating is still very nonexistent," she disclosed to Us Weekly. "It's really [not in] my head right now because I'm really so in love with building my new career in business and focused on my two kids."

The former Playboy playmate further explained that her tight schedule revolves around her children, as she prefers to be fully present in their lives. 

"I don't have [a] nanny or housekeeping [service], so I don't really have a lot of time to give to some dude," she stated, adding that "it's just not really exciting for me to think that way." According to Wilkinson, "It's more exciting to sell houses and feel that good feeling."

She continued, emphasizing her passion for her current endeavors, "I love what I'm doing and if I'm loving what I'm doing, I don't see the purpose in changing that and giving my time to another person and hoping that it works."

Wilkinson enthusiastically discussed her captivating docuseries, where she has ventured into the realm of selling exclusive properties in California. "It just really makes me feel good about myself when I close deals, and my kids are proud of me when I do that," she shared. The reality star added, "They won't be proud of me if I bring in some strange dude. It's just, like, they're proud of me for closing deals, and that's what I want to continue."

According to People magazine, Wilkinson delighted her followers in December by sharing a rare photo with her two kids during a leisurely family getaway in Maui, Hawaii.

"Happy Holidays," she captioned an Instagram post, which showcased the reality star's radiant smile amid a picturesque backdrop of swaying palm trees. The snapshot also showed Wilkinson's children frolicking in the ocean.

In 2009, Wilkinson and Baskett exchanged vows in an extravagant wedding held at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles. However, after a nine-year union, they separated and finalized their divorce in February 2019. Wilkinson and Baskett amicably agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their two precious offspring.
