In one recent Instagram video, Shauna Rae, 23, explains that she doesn't believe her disability affects her life expectancy.

"At the same time, my disability, it's unknown, so they don't have an answer for me," she said. "As far as I know, with all the research I've done, taller people seem to live shorter life spans, and shorter people seem to live longer. So maybe if I follow that kind of role, I'll live very long."

She continued to explain what could have a possible effect on her life span.

"I think, honestly, if anything would affect my age expectancy, it would have been if my cancer came back, kind of situation, but because I went so long without being diagnosed with cancer again, any cancer that I get diagnosed with again will not be related to my brain tumor, thankfully," she said.

One of Shauna Rae's followers dropped into the comments to share their situation.

"I have something similar. A doctor's report from the 1970s says I don't have a long life expectancy. If you are well adjusted to the medication, you will grow old. My belief," they wrote.

Another follower, who could relate, wrote, "I also have pituitary dwarfism. None of the specialty Drs I have seen have ever said anything about a shorter life expectancy. They only have mentioned that it could lead to thyroid issues as I get older."

In another video, Shauna Rae responds to a fan's question, "Has anyone or any stranger tried to pick you up? I feel like that would be so annoying and offensive."

"Yes, this has happened on many occasions," she responded. "That happens all the time. The older generations often do it, so I'm sometimes understanding."

She continued to explain that many people will pick her up when they hug her, and that's one of the reasons she's not a fan of getting embraced.

"Many people pick me up with hugs," she said.

"It's not offensive; it depends on your situation and who you are. If they know you as a person, it could be offensive then, but most people don't know, and most people just don't know the boundaries of a human being, so until you tell them your boundaries, you can't knock them for it."

The reality star explained that when she first read the question, she read it wrong and thought the fan meant picking her up as in kidnapping.

"That has happened on multiple occasions," she said. "I've had plenty of times where I'm walking down the street, and cars have slowed down, asked me if I need a ride kind of situation."
