Khloe Kardashian Gets Candid About Struggles Of Early Morning Workout: 'Abusive'

Although many fans of Khloe Kardashian never tire of gushing over her voluptuous physique, they might have been not aware of how much work she puts in via regular exercise until now.

The captivating socialite, who has always been open about her workout routine, recently touched on how challenging staying fit has been as she still strives to balance it all with her work and mom life.

At 5:26 am, Khloé went on her Instagram Story with a full account of how her daily workout routine has been going at such a "wild hour." She filmed herself with her hair packed into a messy ponytail as she lamented, "It's 5:25 am; I have a 5:30 workout. I don't know why I do this, but I have such a busy day." 

"I have to take True up for school, do carpool, then go to work, then do my carpool pickup," she continued. "This is the only time I could work out. But 5:30 is abusive."

The 38-year-old socialite further mentioned that while she could do 6 am as thirty minutes made a difference, no one, including her, ever wanted to work out at that time. Concluding her message, she encouraged those who struggled with exercising like she did, saying, "Anyways, whoever's struggling to work out, I'm there with you. We're gonna do it. Have a great day."

Khloé then gave her social media fans a glimpse of her enviable form in an ensuing update featuring her videoing herself using a Stairmaster machine at the gym. Her face was not captured in the clip, but fans got their fill of her lower body clad in leggings, accentuating her endowed backside, and paired with white sneakers and matching socks.

While the media personality tries to cope with her tiring workout routine, she never shies away from flaunting the results of her hard work, just like she did during her recent trip to Vegas with her sister Kim Kardashian.

The Blast reported that Khloé detailed the girls' trip to Sin City to see Usher perform on the gram, but her banging curves was the highlight of the pictures. As seen in the slides, she was dressed in a snakeskin dress with an exposing cutout on her waist, reaching a tiny part of her derriere.

Her toned arms no doubt caught attention in the sleeveless ensemble, similar to the thigh-high slit flattering her perfect calves and behind. Not only was the "Revenge Body" star's outfit on point, but her hair also stood out as it cascaded down her back in soft waves. She also paired her whole look with a blue-green Birkin bag and nude strappy heels. 

Similarly, her sister Kim was captured in the background of one of the photos, looking sensual in a sheer black two-piece wear, comprising a crop top and a ruched ankle-length skirt.

As expected, numerous admirers were all over the post with adoring remarks pointing at her alluring physique. One such follower commended Khloé on how "incredible," "toned," and "fit" she looked. Subsequently, a second fan wrote, "Omg body," while a third exclaimed, "Yesss, triceps."

Amid putting in work to have the body of her dreams, the Good American co-founder recently made headlines for addressing her relationship with her baby daddy Tristan Thompson.

It happened that ans kept circulating rumors about the duo getting back together, especially when the reality star's sister Kim was seen courtside supporting Thompson for his first game with the Lakers.

Making matters worse, an anonymous social media user shared the sighting to a gossip blog that claimed the parents were back as a couple. A Khloé fan page then uploaded the allegations on Instagram, leading the reality star to take to the comments to shut the rumors down.

Khloe made it known to the world that there was zero hope of her ever reuniting with her baby daddy, stating that it was exhausting seeing people push a false narrative. "Stop pushing this narrative. It’s tiring. But I suppose You guys will continue the narrative you want regardless of what I say so what’s the point," the mother-of-two raved

The "Kocktails with Khloé" host then stressed that her sister supporting Thompson was as simple as a family member showing support just like she does for Kourtney Kardashian's ex, Scott Disick.
