When the radiant Victoria's Secret supermodel clocked a new age last week, her husband Maroon 5's lead vocalist Adam Levine took to social media to express his love uniquely, but that was not all. As it turns out, she was also treated to a surprise enchanting evening surrounded by friends. 

Taking to her Instagram page, the mother-of-three shared pictures from the surprise bash thrown at what looked like a restaurant with a karaoke section. The slide carousel started with a snap of the celebrant and her beau holding microphones and singing their hearts out. 

The following was a video of her walking into the venue unawares at first and then bursting out with a happy laugh with a shocked look on her face. The star looked stunning in a black ensemble of a leather coat adorned with fur over a short dress.

Meanwhile, Levine looked like the rock star in a black leather jacket with a silver cross on the sleeve over a gray silky shirt and pants. Another highlight included in the upload was the picture of the Namibian native placed on the beautiful cake.

The snap showed the smiling "Letters to Haiti" star seated on the toilet naked, except for a long red and black robe that was left open, displaying her bust. Added to the look was a pair of socks with holes, a glass of wine she held, and what looked like a stick of cigarette.
