If one were to ask a 'Swiftie,' it would likely be fair to say that Taylor Swift's fanbase might agree part of Joe Jonas' legacy was cemented by a 27-second phone call!
The now-33-year-old singer has spent her career writing and singing her heart out, often sharing her feelings about the men who have broken her heart.

Several famous musicians and actors have been the subject of a T-Swizzle composition, including Mr. Joe Jonas. The middle Jonas brother enjoyed a brief romance with Swift in the early 2010s, and the aftermath and song preservation would be forever cemented in her legacy.
Swifties have had a chance to revisit their romance courtesy of the "Hey Stephen" singer's 2021 "Fearless (Taylor's Version)" and the upcoming "Speak Now (Taylor's Version)," and Jonas, himself, is also looking back!

'Swifties' Were Able To Hear Two New Songs 'From The Vault' Songs About Jonas On 'Fearless' (TV)
Over a decade after Swift released 2008's "Fearless," her fans were able to hear two newly released tracks on "Fearless (Taylor's Version)."
The original album also featured a juicy revelation about the end of Jonas' relationship with Swift, who was on the cusp of her twenties when her sophomore album was released. The song "Forever and Always"'s inspiration had reportedly been shared during one of the "Mirrorball" singer's multiple appearances on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." (via PopSugar)
At the time, Swift was still feeling the effects of their split. She told DeGeneres, "You know what? It's like when I find that person who is right for me, and he'll be wonderful, and when I look at that person, I'm not even going to remember the boy who broke up with me on the phone when I was 18."
Jonas Has No Hard Feelings About His Relationship With Swift!

As the saying goes, "time heals all wounds," it seems the now-33-year-old is more than healed from any leftover hard feelings from their relationship.
Jonas, who has a daughter with his wife, Sophie Turner, shared his thoughts in the mid-2010s about being the subject of multiple songs by his ex.
"That's part of being a musician, I guess," he said during an interview, "You write songs about each other. She's great. Yeah, we're friends... in this industry, you meet many people and stay in touch. It's hard to be friends with people that are always constantly traveling, but yeah, we're cool." (per People magazine)
Both musicians have respectively and respectfully mentioned each other in their lyrics. Jonas has publicly praised Swift for her decision to rerecord her first six albums after her masters were purchased without her consent.
Jonas called the move "really clever" on Swift's part.
Jonas Is Concerned About What 'Swifties' Think About Him!
The DNCE vocalist may have solved any underlying hard feelings with the singer of the "Holy Ground" (this song is reportedly about him!). However, he opened up with one particular concern with Swift's fanbase.
After Jonas was questioned by "Armchair Expert" podcast host Dax Shepard about Swifties and their perception, Jonas said, "I hope to think they like me. No one f**ks with the Swifties, you know?" he added.
While Swifties were less than pleased with Jonas at the time, he also added, "[But] it's been many, many years removed." (via Us Weekly)
He also revealed that Turner (a known Swiftie) would be more than down to see the "Last Kiss" songstress live on the 'Eras Tour.'
"You know what, that's a great idea. Is it still an option? She would love that; I'll get in line now," he told E! News at the time of the Ticketmaster fiasco news cycle. (via People)
