Mike Tyson let the cat out of the bag, only, given the size of Jamie Foxx's secret, this cat seems to be the same pet tiger he had in "The Hangover." In a recent interview, Tyson was asked if he knew about how Jamie Foxx is doing and he ended up revealing that Foxx's "health scare" was a stroke, although he did try to cover it up later. Here's the down low...

Back in 2020, when Foxx had no health issues that the public knew of, he was about to portray the former boxing champion in a biopic the actor had been trying to get made for years. Apparently quite the Tyson fan, Foxx had been trying to get a biopic in action since 2009 but it was nearly a decade after that he got the green light.

He even put up a celebratory Instagram post:

He even got shredded for the role, and discussed the same in an online interview, given the Covid protocols of the time.

Unfortunately, later in 2020, Tyson's ex-wife Robin Givens sent Tyson and Foxx a cease and desist letter, trying to make sure they stop “further defaming Ms. Givens, and to put those producing, writing and/or directing the proposed Tyson biopic, and those producing Mr. Tyson’s podcast, on notice that they are to refrain from portraying Ms. Givens in a false, negative and defamatory light.”

Since then things seem stalled on the biopic front, although it seems Foxx and Tyson remained close.

Jamie Foxx's health problems have been a bit of a mystery ever since he had to be hospitalized last month. The 55-year-old has not revealed what he suffered from although he did post on Instagram earlier this month, appreciating all the love sent his way.

His latest Netflix film "Back in Action" was also supposed to be Cameron Diaz’s big comeback after she took a prolonged break from movies nine years ago. Sadly, the movie seemed to blursed, with Foxx firing several crew members amid various delays and difficulties as they film in London. Now with his health on the line, the movie is stalled and Diaz must not be in a happy place.

Back when he was hospitalized, Foxx's daughter, Corrine updated fans on Instagram in a since-deleted post, writing: "We wanted to share that my father Jamie Foxx experienced a medical complication yesterday. Luckily due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time.”

Amid various media reports of Foxx being in a serious health situation, Corrine responded with: “Sad to see how the media runs wild. My Dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating. In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday!”

In a recent interview with the Valuetainment: PBD podcast with host Patrick Bet-David, Mike Tyson may have accidentally spilled the beans about Foxx, as he let it accidentally slip that the "Django" actor might have had a stroke.

When host Patrick Bet-David asked Tyson if he was following "what’s going on with Jamie Foxx," Tyson replied, "He’s not feeling well." To this, Bet-David replied, "There’s something going on with him."

Tyson then ended up revealing, "Yeah, they said stroke." He then tried to play it off by adding, "I have no idea what happened to him."

Later in the show, after being prodded to reveal more, Tyson said, "Hey listen, if we don’t know by now they don’t want us to. You know, man, come on, stop."

Here's Tyson with his reveal. There has been nothing from Foxx's side for now.
