‘The Last Of Us’ star Ashley Johnson claims she is in fear for her life after an ex-boyfriend allegedly committed “countless” acts of terror against her and her family.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Johnson accuses her former boyfriend — Brian Wayne Foster — of changing the passwords to her home Ring cameras after a huge blowout fight. The actress says she is unable to feel safe inside her own home with her family and believes Foster is “close to the edge, has the ability to murder, and will cause harm not only to me but to them.”
In the filing, Ashley says on “May 15, 2023, the police issued an (Emergency Protective Order) due to (Brian) having attempted to extort $150,000 from me (television/film actress), his history of verbal abuse, his very unhinged mind from his addictive use of narcotics and several other reasons.”
The actress claims she has been trying to break it off with Foster for over 2 and a half years, and was able to pull the trigger in May.
Unfortunately, she says the weeks leading up to the breakup included an argument where she claims after that argument, he began “carrying about an ammo
case and a large black bag.” She added, “Upon his vacating my house (that I solely own) the evening of March 15, 2023, in the presence of LAPD, he did not take his ammo case and bag with him. I immediately opened it up and found a garotte which is a strangulation device and two air-soft guns.”
It should be noted, a “garotte” is described as “a weapon, usually a handheld ligature of chain, rope, scarf, wire or fishing line, used to strangle a person.”
Ashley Johnson recently broker her silence about starring in the finale role — watching Bella Ramsey as Ellie.
“On April 21, 2023, the respondent locked me out of Internet, access to all of my devices; a few weeks or so before that respondent blocked me from Internet, access to all of my devices, including my cameras. My mother, my family, my friends, and others contact me out of fear for my life. I was terrified. I vacated my home and stayed with my family,” she continued.
Shockingly, Ashley referenced a photo posted by her ex-boyfriend on Instagram of her two dogs. The photo allegedly included a comment saying “Robert Blake Garden.” Apparently, this is a touchy subject to her because her “mom’s best friend held Bonny Lee Blake while she was dying.” If you aren’t familiar with Robert Blake, just google it after reading this article. Obviously, she claims he is “well aware of this being a reference to frighten me.”
Johnson claims this isn’t the first time she’s dealt with “abuse” at the hands of her ex-boyfriend. “Over the years, broken every day practically, broke glasses, broke gates and slamming doors, called me, stupid, useless, f–king bitch, f–king c–t,” she writes. Adding, he is “mentally unstable, in a constant state of mind alteration, and seems to be having mental atrophy, increased paranoia, and inability to distinguish reality.”
In the end, Ashley filed a restraining order with the L.A. County Courts asking for him to stay 500 yards away from her home, and 100 yards away from the dogs. A judge agreed, and ordered Foster to stay away from the actress until a formal hearing in June.
