The news of their breakup comes after Watson marked her 33rd birthday with a lengthy message on Instagram appreciating everyone who helped her get through the previous year. 

She also expressed her interest in astrology in the birthday post, emphasizing her "Saturn return," a concept she wasn't familiar with until turning 29.

According to the Daily Mail, the romance between "Harry Potter" star Emma Watson and Brandon Green, the son of retail tycoon Sir Philip Green, has ended.

The report suggests that their split occurred sometime after the holiday season, marking the conclusion of a "serious" relationship that had blossomed over approximately 18 months.

During their time together, Watson and Green introduced each other to their respective families, fostering deepening commitment. Their relationship also included a romantic escapade in the captivating city of Venice.

Green, 29, is a well-known socialite and had previously been romantically linked with several models. Notably, he was in the spotlight for an incident where he playfully patted Kate Moss' backside during a holiday in the picturesque St Barths.

In an Instagram post commemorating her birthday on April 15th, Watson expressed her astonishment at age 33, writing: "This is 33. Holy moly. Before 29, I hadn't even heard of a Saturn Return as a concept. Let's say that now I am well acquainted."

She shared how this period of introspection prompted her to reassess her life's direction as she embarked on new experiences. Watson revealed that she had learned to "surf (badly)," rode "some horses," and "did a lot of therapy."

She continued, "I cut my thumb nail off on both hands trying to cook for myself and then was only able to do things one-handed for months."

"I felt unfortunate and p*ssed off about a lot of things. I learned more about love and being a woman... It took me three years, but I have finally figured out a daily practice and can keep it for more than a few days in a row," she added.

According to astrologers, per Daily Mail, a "Saturn return" is a celestial event that occurs when Saturn completes its orbit and aligns with the position it held at the time of an individual's birth.

Singer Adele reportedly spoke on how her "Saturn return" coincided with her divorce from her ex-husband, Simon Konecki.
