Post Malone has given a Scottish musician an opportunity of a lifetime and a home.

The rapper had hit it off with the singer-songwriter named Gregor Hunter Coleman after seeing him perform during his regular set at Glasgow's Wunderbar. The lucky artist had shared the details of what transpired when he was invited to meet the "Sunflower" hitmaker after his group ended a few days ago. Malone had been in the city for a show at the Hydro as part of his ongoing Twelve Carat tour.

Although Coleman was ecstatic about meeting Malone, he soon realized that something bigger awaited him. Recalling how things unfolded that night, the pop singer stated:

"He said, 'Do you want a drink?' I was like, 'Listen, I'm saving for a house, so I'm not drinking just now.' Which was daft; my mates were, like, 'Why did you turn down a drink from Post Malone?'"

However, the "Rockstar" rapper respected the vocalist's decision, instead inviting him to sing at his concert's official afterparty. "He started saying, 'How much will you charge?' I said, 'Nothing,' it's Post Malone; this is the chance of a lifetime. He got talking to me and offered to help me with my house deposit," Coleman recounted to BBC News.

Even though he kept mum on the amount the heavily tatted superstar donated, the "Too Good to Me" singer called the encounter "bizarre," adding, "Things were going around saying he'd bought me a house. This has helped me now having a deposit."

Malone also handed his digits to the Glaswegian star, offering to listen to a few of his original projects. On that, he explained:

"There's a pressure now that I need to get good songs done; I need to get something happening with it rather than just being, like, I met Post Malone and [went] back to the pub. Hopefully, he's still interested, and he still wants to hear them, and he likes them. If not, then it's back to the drawing board."

The reaction from this superfan is the opposite of the one he got when he entered a QT hotel in Perth, Australia, in February. As reported by The Blast, the "Better Now" performer has been turned away for having too many tattoos.

As of last count, the 2020 Billboard Top Artist has at least 12 tattoos etched on his face, including the words "Stay Away" written above his brows," Always Tired" spelled under his eye, a thin sword placed on his cheek, and a barbed wire drawn across his hairline.

Malone must have missed the hotel's memo that it treated "face, neck, and offensive tattoos" as violating their strict policy and attempted to enter its rooftop bar. Within minutes, security asked him to leave the property since he would not get any service from them, no thanks to his "offensive tattoos."

Soon after the American Music Award winner expressed his disbelief at the occurrence, the hotel's management issued a statement claiming:

"At QT, we aim to welcome everyone and celebrate the uniqueness of each individual. QT has been recognized for this for many years. However, on Saturday night, our third-party security did not exercise the appropriate discretion, and we take full responsibility for this. We sincerely apologize to the individuals affected."

The Grammy-Nominated Record Producer Settled The Debate On His Alleged Drug Habit Recently

Malone had to dispel rumors that he had become a drug addict after netizens complained that he had lost too much weight last month. To achieve that, he took to Instagram to upload a pic that showed him posing next to  a pair of combat cowboy boots, along with the caption:

"hello everybody, I hope you're having a great night. i wanted to say that i'm not doing drugs, i've had a lot of people ask me about my weight loss and i'd suppose, performance on stage. i'm having a lot of fun performing, and have never felt healthier."

The "Congratulations" singer, who was on the European leg of his tour as mentioned earlier at the time, then explained that he had stopped taking soda and  was eating better to "be around for a long time" for his "little angel." He intended to take things further by giving up "smokes and brews" next, which would take longer. He mentioned that he was creating new music before stating:

"you make my heart beat. i just wanted to say hi, and hopefully i'll be posting more on here, my brain is in a super dope place, and i'm the happiest i've been in a long time."

Malone wrapped up by reassuring those going through a "hard time" or needing "some love" that they were loved beyond their thoughts and feelings.
