Addison Timlin Pulls Plug On Her Marriage To 'Shameless' Star Jeremy Allen White

Addison Timlin is calling it quits on her marriage with Jeremy Allen White after only three years.

Timlin and White shared news of their marriage three short years ago with a sentimental post on Instagram wrapping up their year of great things including the birth of their first daughter. Obviously, no one could have guessed that Timlin would be ducking out shortly thereafter.

While the two were only married for three years they have been in a long-term relationship beginning in 2013 after they met in 2008 on the set of 'Afterschool.' In 2018, they announced their first pregnancy, and almost a year later they tied the knot in a ceremony complete with matching black leather jackets.

On the back of the jackets, it says “Til Death Buddy + Billy” a bit of a tragic reference seeing as those two died in a fiery plane crash. Now their marriage is up in flames. Yikes.

Could White be experiencing a version of the Emmy curse? He won the best actor Golden Globe this year for 'The Bear.' He was emotional and thanked his wife, speaking kind words about her in front of millions of viewers.

“I love you deep in my bones. Thank you for all that you do, thank you for everything that you've done," a choked-up Timlin said to the audience. That was four months ago and now, fans are left wondering what the hell happened in four months to warrant filing for divorce.

Timlin and White, who share a total of two kids were also emotional and happy that night so it’s not like it was one-sided. She even took to social media to brag about her soon-to-be ex-husband’s win and their first meeting.

“When we were 14 years old and I saw you perform for the first time in drama class. I couldn’t take my eyes off of you,” she wrote. Adding, "When I watched the pilot for The Bear, I cried my f--king heart out. I think somewhere I must’ve known how much life was about to change, but mostly I just knew that the world was about to discover what I’d known all along. What a privilege it’s been to know first.”

So, again, how is this ending the way it is?

In the divorce documents obtained by The Blast, there isn’t much to go on. Timlin didn’t list a reason behind the separation and mentioned nothing specifici about the custody of their minor children 4-year-old Ezer Billie and 2-year-old Dolores Wild.

In an IG post, she described her ex as the love of her life. He’s her “best friend of 15 years, who happens to be the love of my life.” She also wrote. How amazing their kiddos are.

“We have the coolest kid in the world who reveals herself to be a true weird like her parents more and more every day,” she said.

So far, neither has mentioned anything publicly about the divorce.
