"It's always the craziest thing looking back at your pregnant belly after birth, knowing the sweet little soul that was in there that whole time 🥹 we are just in heaven over here with our cute girls 💕 took that final bump pic about 30 min before we left for the hospital and glad I did 🫶," she continued.
Fans were quick to comment on the post. One user shared, "Wild how scrunched up they are inside to fit. And how they look on the outside. So so cute! Congratulations on that beauty☺️💕😊," as another chimed in, Those abs though…. 🔥. She's beautiful! Congratulations 💕."

As one of her followers wrote, "You look amazing a week after having your baby! I admire how well organized you are with your life, family, house, health, etc."
Lindsay Arnold Opens Up About Complications
Arnold's pregnancy included some scary complications, as the mother of two opened up in a recent Instagram post about how she had to have a C-section.
"They checked my dilation, and I was at 4cm; checked baby girl's position, and she was still breech (had been breech since 30 weeks), so they called my dr, and he said it was time to get the baby girl out and move forward with a c section," she shared.
Lindsay Arnold then revealed she could watch most of the delivery through a plastic curtain, and she saw her daughter, June, come out with her bottom first.
"When it was time for her head to come out, that's when we could see that the cord was wrapped around baby girl's neck," Arnold wrote, which explains why she was breech. "It was tough for them to pull her head out, and the cord was compressing around her neck as they pulled. When they finally got her head out, they quickly unraveled the cord, and it was wrapped around our sweet girl's neck six times. Terrifying and shocking moment for everyone in the room," she continued to explain on Instagram.
"They quickly and effectively worked on getting baby girl breathing and alert, which took a few minutes… those minutes felt like forever, but we are so blessed that baby girl came to and started breathing on her own," she added.
Both Lindsay Arnold and June are happy and healthy.
