Lauren Drain Shows Major Skin In Throwback Post

Fitness coach and Instagram model Lauren Drain Kagan is again grabbing her Instagram followers' attention.

The 37-year-old shared a throwback video on social media, showing off her body and some major skin.

Lauren Drain Kagan is throwing it back to her "peak shape" with an older video. She shows off significant skin by wearing a black matching underwear set and bondage-style lingerie, which she says was for a competition.

"My peak shape right before I stepped on stage… due to politics, I didn't even make top 20?," she captioned the post.

The 37-year-old wasn't always a fitness model. "I never set out to be a 'fitness model,'" she writes on her website. "That was never my intention. About three years ago, I let the fall and holiday seasons get the best of me. I was unhappy with what I saw in the mirror and felt even worse, so I decided to change for the better."

"I decided to bite the bullet and signed up for my first bikini show," she continued. "I got a coach and trained my butt off for 14 weeks straight before I stepped onstage, and it was far from easy."

Lauren Drain's fans quickly commented on the Reel, expressing how "hard work pays off" and sharing their support for the 37-year-old.

"Hard work pays off ??," one fan wrote as another chimed in, "when dreams and daydreams unite. You look amazing."

While another fan expressed, "I have no idea what you were shooting for, but you look magnificent."

And one user commented, "You look gorgeous, and it had to be fixed for you not to win or at least make the top 5."

As another fan wrote, "@laurendrainfit, you have an idea of what you want your physique to look like and compete, and that's great. You can either keep going or rest assured that you can stop today and still be ?. This is by far one of my favs. Good luck in whatever decision you make."

Lauren Drain Kagan trained and worked hard before becoming a WBFF Bikini Pro. "My personal prep experience for shows is unlike any other," she explained on her website. "In 12 months, I competed in six shows in both Fitness and Diva Bikini Classes. I made a New Year's Resolution on Jan 1, 2013, to get in the best shape of my life, and I stuck to it."

The now-fitness model signed up for her first WBFF show while working full-time night shifts as a float RN and cardiac ICU RN per-diem at another hospital.

"I earned my WBFF pro card after winning the Rhode Island show in late 2014," she continued. "Each show allowed me to learn from those around me and improve on every part of my performance. After placing 9th in my first show ever, I ranked 3rd, 2nd, 2nd, and 1st in the Bikini Class. I competed in the Fitness division simultaneously for two of my shows and placed 5th and 6th, respectively."

She continued, "I've had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the industry's best fitness and to pose coaches - ranging from Team Domin8, Bikini Pro Runner-up Brittany Coutu, and World Champion Mandy Sacs."
