During a recent discussion with the Los Angeles Times, the rapper-turned-actor opened up about his life as a father with twelve kids. The "Drumline" star welcomed his children with six different women, making co-parenting challenging.

The TV personality confessed that he mostly spent time with his kids by acting as their chauffeur. To achieve this role, the "Gigolo" artist often chose where to spend the night based on which child he had to drop off last.

Although the Nickelodeon alum had properties in New Jersey, Temecula, and an upcoming place in Joshua Tree, the turban fanatic revealed he stored some clothes at his partners' homes whenever he stayed over. As for how he decided where to sleep, the 42-year-old stated:

"A lot of times it’s whichever of them has called me that day, to be honest. I am such a creature of habit. I like who like me."

However, ringing up the "Wild 'n Out" host to spend the night did not guarantee a steamy session with his partners. After being diagnosed with lupus in 2012, the TV personality explained that his doctors urged him to get at least six hours per night.

To fulfill their request, the entertainer claimed he slept right after his children's bedtime, around 8 p.m., and woke up at 2 a.m. Cannon typically spent the night on the couch, excluding on the weekends when he got the bed.

When asked about his romantic relationship with his partners, the father-of-twelve noted that he was missing out on all the action. "Because everybody's so busy, nobody's looking to have sex with me," the California native playfully admitted. "Everybody's focus is the children."

Trading sexual encounters to spend more time with his kids was not a bad deal to the "Feelin' Freaky" rapper. The NAACP Image Award winner said he felt he would be doing his children "a disservice if he was off on an island somewhere, romancing a woman."

Although he wished to avoid the wildlife, the other side did not abandon the actor as he claimed to receive daily DMs from women who saw him as a ticket to success. "I guess it's like the 50 Cent model: 'Have a baby by me, baby, / be a millionaire," the entertainer declared.

Cannon might not regret the decline in his bedroom activities. However, the 42-year-old felt guilty about his inability to spend quality time with his children. Confessing that he discussed his pain in therapy, the comedian said he tried to make each moment memorable with his kids.

The Teen Choice Award Winner Disclosed His Reason For Keeping His Children Apart

While Cannon rotates and chooses the woman whose bed he lies in, he follows a somewhat similar pattern for spending time with all his children.

Last month, The Blast reported that the "Love Don't Cost A Thing" star opened up about why he did not have group hangouts with his children. The California native explained that he preferred spending time with his kids individually instead of bringing everyone together.

According to the TV personality, his kids came together "when necessary." However, the father of twelve believed he was the only beneficiary of their gatherings. "I feel like qualitative experiences are when I can give everyone their own experience," the doting parent claimed.

"I love stepping into their world and going to their sports games or giving them their time for the holidays. So I have no problem with bouncing around," the entertainer added, noting that things might change.

One caught up with the multi-hyphenate star; the 42-year-old admitted that his brood might have to meet him at the same place. Until that day, Cannon stated that his system made things easier as he did not inconvenience anyone by going out to meet his children.
