Colton Haynes Hands Over Financial Records to Estranged Husband, Ready to Finalize Divorce ASAP

"Arrow" star Colton Haynes looks ready to wrap up his divorce and become a single man in 2019.

On January 8, Haynes filed court docs revealing he recently handed over his financial information and records to his soon-to-be ex-husband, Jeff Leatham.

The move by Haynes is a clear sign the two are both ready to stop trying to work things out and finalize the split, which will put them both back on the market in the near future.

In December 2018, Leatham reignited the divorce by serving Haynes with his preliminary declaration of disclosure — which included his financial information — after a failed attempt to get back together.

He filed the docs following seven months of inactivity by both parties, with neither side taking steps to make the divorce official.

Haynes initially filed for divorce from Leatham after just six months of marriage. He requested that his estranged husband not receive spousal support, and each pay their own legal bills.

Leatham filed court docs days later citing the same reason for the divorce and agreed with neither should be awarded spousal support.

During the time the two were rumored to be reconciling, they were spotted out together months after the divorce was filed.

Back in October, Haynes and Leatham both posted on Instagram celebrating their one-year anniversary, despite the divorce still being active. Since then the post has been deleted by Haynes but his ex has still kept it up.

Jeff Leatham, 47, met Colton Haynes, 30, through mutual friend Serena Williams and started dating shortly after the actor came out publicly.

Leatham proposed to Haynes in March 2017 and the couple married a few months later, with the wedding being officiated by Kris Jenner.
