Kelly Rowland Revisits Sweet Family Moments To Celebrate 9th Wedding Anniversary

Kelly Rowland has plenty to be grateful for as her marriage to Tim Weatherspoon reaches its ninth Anniversary!

In honor of her 14 years of relationship with her husband, the "Dilemma" singer shared excellent snapshots and clips on her social media platform, showcasing her husband and their two sons- Titan and Noah.

On May 9th, the "No, No, No" singer took to Instagram to share a 9-frame lovey-dovey carousel of herself and her husband of nine years from over the years with her 15.2M followers. The couple, who walked down the aisle in 2014, was seen hanging out in what appeared to be a restaurant in the first snap.

The former member of the girl band "Destiny's Child" wore a tiny strap silk outfit with alluring makeup and hairstyle, while Weatherspoon opted for a hoodied sweater. In the next slide, the Grammy Award winner and her hubby vibed to an inaudible song as they rode in a vehicle. 

A video post saw the doting couple and their kids embracing each other while swaying around the room they were in. Rowland donned a cream top with jeans, while the talent manager wore black joggers and a sweatshirt; the two boys wore red pajamas. A peek into the background revealed a well-decorated Christmas tree standing at the far end of the room with presents littered around it. 

Somewhere in the carousel, too, the doting father embraced his children and affectionately kissed his firstborn while the "Down for Whatever" crooner was seen running down the street in a purple low-back maxi shown with one of her children.

The eighth upload was a cute selfie of the lovebirds. The "Motivation" singer, resting her chin on her lover's shoulder, wore a white shirt with big hoop earrings and dark-framed sunglasses while the 42-year-old slipped on a grey shirt and a baseball hat.

In the final image, Rowland leaned on Weatherspoon's back, putting her arm around his neck; the loving husband seemed fine, holding the weight of her body in position. Both of them looked down.

Encapsulating the post, the "Work" songstress wrote, "Look at Us! 14yrs together, nine married, two kids later..... And I still and always will love me some you! Thank God we found each other! Happy Anniversary, Baby! ❤️❤️," promoting fans and celebrities to bombard the comment section with congratulatory messages.

One fan in disbelief commented, "No way this is year 9! Omggg, happy Anniversary! ❤️.” A long-time admirer wrote, "Honored to have witnessed the start of this great love blossoming. Happy Anniversary to you both!! Your love is inspiring ❤️❤️❤️."

SZA, the singer-songwriter wrote, "That standing cuddle slide was so powerful and loving 🥹 God bless I'll ❤️ happy anniversary"!! Tina Knowles penned, "Happy Aniversary to two of the people I love and admire the most ❤️." 

Thinking back to Weatherspoon and Rowland's wedding in 2014, they reportedly tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Costa Rica. However, a year before, the "Commander" singer appeared on The Queen Latifah Show to announce her engagement to her now husband.

The fairytale wedding had approximately 30 friends and family, including former Destiny's Child bandmate Beyoncé attend the ceremony. During that time, a source claimed, "Kelly was pleased, Tim was happy, and it was a great break for everybody from the normal grind, but now they're all going back to work."

Months after their wedding, the pair welcomed their first son, Titan Jewell; then, they got instantly pregnant again during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic leading to the birth of their second son Noah Jon on January 21st, 2021.

Last November, the "Like This" artist caused a stir online when she scolded the crowd at the American Music Awards for booing the contentious Chris Brown. Afterward, according to The Blast, she reiterated her support for him during an interview with TMZ. 

In the conversation, the "Bills Bills Bills" singer stated how she believed people are worth a second chance and that the public needs a dose of humility. She also shared that people need to highlight the good parts of Brown rather than focusing on the bad and choosing to cast stones at every turn.

Speaking on his most significant offense almost 14 years ago- Violence against Grammy-winning artist Rihanna- The singer said the public needed to forgive the "Under the Influence."
