Did Kroy Biermann File For Divorce First? He's Demanding Full Custody Of The Kids

Kroy Biermann is fighting for his kids and coins in this divorce debacle with Kim Zolciak-no Biermann.

In a shocking turn of events, Radar Online broke the news that Kroy Biermann was the one who actually pulled the plug on the marriage.

Radar Online has obtained a court filing from Kroy against Kim dated Monday, May 8. Kroy allegedly states the two have separated because the marriage is “irretrievably broken.”

He also listed their wedding date as November 11, Remembrance Day!

In Kroy's petition, he reportedly claims the minor children the couple shares are in his custody. “Said children are presently in the care, custody, and control of [Kroy], and [Kroy] seeks the temporary and permanent sole legal and sole physical custody of said, minor children.”

Kroy also legally adopted Kim’s two daughters from previous relationships, Brielle Biermann and Ariana Biermann.

The juicy filing also claimed that one of the reasons why he is ending his marriage is because of money. He said, “The parties have accumulated certain debts and obligations during this marriage, and Plaintiff seeks an equitable division of same.”

In one notable clip from Kim’s spinoff show Don’t Be Tardy, the family took a little leg break on their RV trip, and Kim proceeded to spend over $1200 on scratch tickets. She ended up making $36.

Let’s not forget that the couple’s home had been threatened with foreclosure. There was even a date set for a public auction. It was very much general knowledge. Yet, Kim was going around making videos about leaving her house when she was good and damn ready. Well, it looks like the damn glad part doesn’t apply.

In the court docs, Kroy asked for exclusive access to the house to continue raising their four kids without interruption. “[Kroy] shows that [Kim] should be restrained and enjoined from coming about the marital residence after she vacates.” Like, damn, what is going on?

The Biermann’s are also facing some tax backlash now. A tax lien by the IRS revealed the couple owed $103,564.48 for 2013, $330,126.29 for 2017, and $714,143.90 for 2018. All this equaled a shocking $1,147,834.67.

It looks like Kim is trying to get ahead of the drama because TMZ is reporting she filed for divorce from Kroy and listed their date of separation as April 30. She also demanded primary custody of their minor children.

The couple lives together, and Kim allegedly has wanted to leave Kroy for a while now. The divorce is shocking for fans of the couple because if Bravo fans could put money on whose marriage would live past Bravo exposure, it was these two!

They showed so much love to one another and genuinely seemed obsessed with being with one another. Whatever happened, happened quickly, and it’s playing out for all of us to watch!
