Reality TV star and singer Tom Sandoval has revealed that he quit drinking about a month following the fallout with his longtime partner Ariana Madix.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star, currently on tour with his crew members, made the revelation while performing on stage in New York.

Sandoval and his crew have struggled to sell tickets for their shows and reportedly performed to empty sits in a recent concert with his group.

According to TMZ, Sandoval, 39, made an announcement that surprised his fans during his Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras concert performance at The Space at Westbury on Long Island, NY. Sandoval claimed he had not had alcohol in over a month following the fallout between him and Ariana Madix.

"Y'all know it's been one month since I had my last drink of alcohol," Sandoval shared while performing with his band.

"I'm just taking a little break for a second, but, yeah, these are Heineken Zeros," the reality star added before sipping the non-alcoholic drink.

Fans in the audience erupted into loud cheer and applause as they confirmed their support for his decision to become sober.

For those familiar with Sandoval's on-screen persona, the news may shock. He is known for his love of cocktails and partying. However, the reality TV star seems to have decided to take a break from alcohol for personal reasons.

Sandoval finds it tough to sell his show tickets as fans continue to boycott the reality star in light of his affair with co-star Raquel Leviss.

Despite his popularity, fans weren't as enthusiastic about buying tickets to his concerts as he had hoped, even though a promo deal was attached.

According to Page Six, days before the show was scheduled, the theater sent an email stating, "Bring a friend on us with our 2-for-1 ticket special."

However, Sandoval and his team performed in front of a relatively small crowd during their recent stop at the Space at Westbury Theater on Long Island. Tickets for the show initially sold for around $42-$70.

Sandoval and Madix's long-term relationship hit the rocks in March after he cheated on her with their mutual friend and fellow "Vanderpump Rules" star Raquel Leviss. At the time, Madix was forced to call it quits with Sandoval after she discovered a suggestive video of Levis on his phone.

According to sources with firsthand knowledge of the situation, the pair were determined to keep their affair out of public eyes and did all to maintain secrecy. Madix claimed Sandoval's relationship with Leviss blindsided her as things were seemingly in good condition before discovering his affair.

Sandoval reportedly took Leviss to his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, and wanted to introduce her to his family, but they refused, per TMZ.

A source told the news outlet that the Bar owner's family didn't support their relationship and had "no interest" in meeting her. They felt their relationship was "inappropriate" because he was still with Madix then. Sandoval also had Leviss meet his friends after telling them he planned to break up with Madix.

Your friendship is f**king bulls**t!"

Leviss, on her part, appeared to take a more relaxed outlook on the whole situation as she reflected on the current state of things. "It turned out so wrong," she said lightly.
