Heather Rae El Moussa Is About 'Protecting Our Energy' After Backlash From Flying Private

Heather Rae El Moussa is choosing to rise above the hate.

Since giving birth, the new mother has been sharing every precious moment of her journey into motherhood on social media with her followers. But her openness backfired when she faced backlash after she shared a photo of her family flying private. However, she is now speaking out and revealing what she is doing after receiving all that negativity.

Judging by the picture she uploaded to her Instagram story, it is clear that nothing will scare this doting mother from documenting every milestone her little one has accomplished. 

In the image, the fresh-faced beauty could be seen walking with her baby in a white carrier. The star, wearing a brown hoodie, a black visor, and sunglasses, leaned her head on her little boy, who had on a blue-knitted long-sleeved hoodie. 

Across the heartwarming image, she declared, "Protecting our energy ?." In the following slide, she shared a picture of herself giving back to the community through the non-profit Baby2Baby, which provides essential needs to mothers with children.

At the top of the image, the actress told the naysayers what they should spend their time doing, stating, "The world needs a lot more of this ? and less hate & negativity." 

ICYMI, on Monday, the reality TV star took to Instagram to share pictures of her three-months-old's first flight. Heather, her husband, his mother, and his two older children, Taylor and Brayden, traveled on a private jet to Scottsdale, Arizona, for Tarek's networking panel event. 

Alongside a picture of Heather in a black tank top kissing Tristan's forehead, she wrote, "Our little traveling boy!! Took Tristan on his first flight ever with Tay and Bray so they could be with us at The Flipping Summit and see us in our element ?," Heather penned in the caption. 

She also shared some parenting tips with her followers, writing, "I breastfed him on the way up and then again on the way down to help with ear popping- It worked perfectly." She noted that he slept a lot during the trip, adding, "He was such an angel ? Proud mama moment."

Despite enjoying a smooth flight with her son, the 2010 Playboy Playmate of the Month faced criticism from social media users who opined that her experience was likely because of her private jet.

Like this user who wrote, "Love that it went well, but many moms can't relate to your flight experience on a private jet…." Another critic commented, "Of course, it was GREAT. Try flying commercial ?," while a different user noted, "Life of the 2%. Best to keep this experience to yourself. Bragging about your flight isn't becoming."

A fourth claimed that the star was "so out of touch with reality," and a fifth accused her of being "tone deaf" for posting about her private jet travel, calling it "straight privilege" and "zero percent relatable."

The television personality expressed disbelief at how quickly her baby boy grew and decided to share a throwback family portrait on her Instagram. In the picture, The Blast reported that Heather, her partner, and their little one were captured in a sweet moment. 

Reflecting on how fast time flies, she took to the caption to express her thoughts: "Hard to believe he's almost three months old…. Looking at how little he is here and thinking, where does the time go ?. Soak in every baby moment, big and small, with our Tristan Jay❤️." 

Fans shared their love and support in the comments, with one user adoringly referring to the baby boy as "sweet," adding, "It is beautiful to see your family happy and thriving! ❤️.” One follower pointed out the resemblance between the baby boy and his father, noting that they shared similar chins.

Another admirer encouraged the family to cherish every moment and enjoy their time together, while a fourth gushed, "OMG. Look at that adorable face. It sure helps when Mama and Papa are gorgeous. Wishing you all lots of joy and blessings."
