Allison Holker has announced a new dance book she worked on with her late husband, Stephen "tWitch" Boss. She told the book on Instagram and shared a sweet message about the work she and Stephen put into it.

During a recent interview, Allison spoke about her memories with Stephen and their family. She said the late dancer always wanted to be everyone's "Superman and protector" and that no one had an "inkling that "he was low."

Allison also revealed that she'd launched a "Move With Kindness" Foundation to honor Stephen's memory. She talked about finding her purpose since his death and the supportive messages she's received from strangers.

Allison announced through an Instagram post that she would be releasing a book collaboration with her late husband, Stephen "tWitch" Boss. She posted a photo of the dance book's cover titled "Keep Dancing Through A Boss Family Groove." The cover featured an illustration of the Boss family, including their kids, dancing and smiling together.

The second photo was a message from Allison to the family's fans about the dance book. The dancer wrote that she and Stephen started working on the book in 2021 and wanted it to "reflect our family's values about spreading kindness and hope, our mottoes, and daily affirmations."

She wrote, "Now that the book is finished, I am so proud of what we made, how it encapsulates our family, how you can feel the real love and joy running through every page. I hope reading it sends you a little joy and love. And, of course, I hope it inspires you to dance."

Allison Holker Opens Up About Her Late Husband's Suicide

During a recent interview with People Magazine, Allison reminisced on her memories with Stephen, especially the simple moments. She shared that one of their favorite things to do together after work was cook dinner for their family. She stated, "Stephen would hold me back every time I walked past him."

Then, once dinner was ready, Allison, Stephen, and their three kids would always have "random conversations" with "so much laughter" in the room. Allison added, "Our love was so real and so loud. We always told people our house was like a choreographed dance."

Stephen "tWitch" Boss Wanted To Be Everyone's Protector

During the emotional interview, Allison's first since Stephen tragically died by suicide; she said his death was shocking news. She explained that no one around her husband knew "he was that low" because he "didn't want people to know."

The dancer explained that even as his wife and partner, she had little idea of Stephen's reality because he wanted to be everyone's "Superman and protector" and kept his pain hidden. Allison said it's been difficult to reconcile their "beautiful" life with the pain she now knows Stephen was enduring all the time.

She said, "It's been tough because I can't understand what was happening at that moment (of his death). Despite the complex emotions she's dealt with since his suicide, Allison said she's very motivated to continue Stephen's legacy and says he "deserves to be remembered as the beautiful man he was."

Allison also announced during her People interview that she's launched a "Move With Kindness" Foundation to honor Stephen's memory. She said the foundation encourages people to be there for their loved ones during difficult times. The dancer added that it's important to "trust that people are still going to see you as that light even in your darkest moments."

Allison also revealed that she and Stephen always tried to spread hope and positivity during his life. However, his death has confused her about her "new purpose" in life because her family's purpose has always been "love and joy."

She spoke about asking her friend, Andy Grammer, to advise her and said Grammer reassured her by saying that her purpose is just "a bit different now" and more "depth-filled." She also spoke about the support and heartfelt messages she's received from men struggling with mental health issues.
