A California court has finally granted half of Stephen "tWitch" Boss' estate to his wife, Allison Holker. In February, Allison was forced to petition the court to prove that she's actually Stephen's wife.

On December 14th, 2022, Allison confirmed her husband had died after committing suicide. Since his passing, she's made multiple tributes to their three kids, Weslie, Maddox, and Zaia, assuring them of her love.

Their small family recently celebrated their first Easter since Stephen died, and Allison posted photos. She also shared an emotional video thanking all their fans for the "hope and inspiration" they've brought.

Stephen 'tWitch' Boss' Estate Has Been Settled

According to official court documents published by E! News, a Superior Court of California has settled Stephen "tWitch" Boss' estate. The court sat on April 26th and has officially granted Allison Holker, Stephen's wife, half of his monetary earnings as a producer, choreographer, and investor.

The decision comes about four months after Stephen committed suicide and left no Will behind, as reported by The Blast. In February this year, Allison officially filed a California Spousal Property Petition to prove that she's Stephen's wife. The couple shared three kids, Weslie Fowler, Maddox Laurel Boss, and Zaia Boss.

In the petition, Allison's lawyers wrote that Stephen had "nothing of any value" when they got married. They added that the dancer never received "any assets by way of gift, devise or bequest during the marriage, and all existing assets were acquired during the marriage, by virtue of the work, skills and efforts of the parties."

The half of Stephen's estate that was granted to Allison includes the earnings from his shares of Stephen Boss Productions, Inc. There is also the interest from his investments with Goldman Sachs, royalties from Cast and Crew Production Services, and royalties from Disney.

On December 14th, 2022, Allison confirmed in a statement to E! News that Stephen had died from suicide at 40 years old. The statement read, "It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share that my husband Stephen has left us. Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him."

Several celebrities, friends, and family who were close to Stephen have paid tribute to him since his passing. On February 11th, there was a celebration of life, during which Weslie, Allison, and Ellen DeGeneres gave heartfelt speeches. According to People, Allison said, "He was the light. He chose love, grace and kindness. And he deserves to be celebrated."

Allison had made several posts about their family since Stephen's death, including a tribute to their three kids in March. The Instagram post featured a new family photo of Allison smiling happily with their kids.

In the post, she wrote, "I will be here for you every step of the way through the highs and lows, the ups and the downs. I will protect and I will guide, I will be a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, I will have mom jokes ready for when you need a good laugh."

The dancer and actress further noted their family's strength amid their loss. She npted, "My loves, we are stronger than you could ever imagine. And we will stand strong together as a unit, and find the courage to hold each other up. The love and light inside our hearts will still shine. I love you forever and always. Mommy."

The Family Celebrated Their First Easter Without Stephen 'tWitch' Boss

Allison and her three kids also recently celebrated their first Easter since Stephen died. On April 9th, the "I Dream of Dance" star posted photos of their family on Instagram as the kids collected colored eggs for an Easter event. She captioned it, "HAPPY EASTER from my babies."

Allison also shared an emotional video expressing her gratitude towards their supporters and fans through the tragedy. In the clip, the dancer said, "It has been very challenging and emotional but you guys have brought so much hope and inspiration to us by sharing stories, and memories and different ways that Stephen impacted your life."
