Kaley Cuoco Makes Her Return To Gym One Month After Welcoming Daughter

Kaley Cuoco is putting herself to work and ready to get that body back one month after welcoming her daughter. 

The new mom appeared ready and enthusiastic to get her pre-pregnancy body back. She updated her fans about her recent workout routine since giving birth on her Instagram.

The "Big Bang Theory" actress seemed thrilled to return to what she enjoyed doing before getting pregnant and proceeded to share her fitness journey with her followers.

Cuoco took to her Instagram Story to repost a mirror selfie snap that featured her fitness instructor, Ryan Sorensen. In the photo, the pair struck a peace sign pose and looked happy to burn some sweat off. 

Surrounded by different gym equipment stationed in the actress's garage, Cuoco looked sporty, dressed in a white customized t-shirt and low-waist black sweatpants that revealed a bit of her surprisingly trimmed stomach.

The mom of one had her blonde tresses packed in a high messy bun updo and rocked her natural face. Meanwhile, her gym instructor Sorensen donned a gray two-piece hooded sweatshirt and paired his outfit with a black face cap, white socks, and a pair of black sneakers. 

The caption in the post read, "We back ??? Finally"! The actress was further tagged in the post, "@kaleycuoco." Sorensen also took to his Instagram Story to upload a snap of himself featuring Cuoco and her baby daughter. The fitness instructor posed with the actress and her child, Matilda.

Sorenson carried baby Matilda on his arm and smiled brightly for the camera while Cuoco gave a dramatic pose and made shocking expressions.

Captioning the post, he jokingly wrote, "Matilda will be ready to work out in no time ?." He added, "Workouts looking a little different now"! And further tagged Cuoco and her partner Tom Pelphrey in the post.

Not only is the new mom getting her social life back by going to the gym and working out, but she's also going on cute date nights with her man and father of her child, Pelphrey. 

The Blast previously shared that the lovely parents took some time off to enjoy themselves with their baby outside of their home. Flaunting the special moment to the public, Cuoco took to her Instagram Story to show her gorgeous family as they prepared to head out. 

In the snap, the "Charmed" actress carried her child while Pelphrey stood by her side outside their home. She smiled lovingly at her man and held her daughter's little feet. Cuoco looked stunning for the outing and wore a flowing sleeveless blue satin dress. The stylish dress featured a high neckline with pleats.

Her luscious hair complemented the flowing dress as the brown curls fell past her shoulders, with scanty bangs framing her face.

She added a sophisticated sparkling silver clutch and matching pointy-toed heels to her look. Accessorizing her outfit, the new mom kept it simple and opted for a sentimental necklace that spelled out her baby daughter's name.

On the other hand, the "Ozark" actor looked handsome, dressed in a light brown double-breasted suit with wide lapels. Opting for a different yet classy look, the actor didn't wear a tie and finished off with brown leather shoes.

Captioning the post, the actress announced they were off for a "date night." For the night out, the lovebirds attended the premiere of the "Banshee" actor's new ministries, "Love and Death."

The duo graced the red carpet, marking Cuoco's first appearance on a red carpet event since welcoming her little one. While in the spotlight, the lovebirds expressed their love for each other and displayed cute PDAs. They wrapped their arms around each other and had big smiles on their faces as they posed for the camera. 

Before the night out on the red carpet, Pelphrey opened up about his fatherhood journey in an interview and shared what he loved most about his partner since she became a mother.

Addressing her motherhood skills, he eagerly said, "Oh God, it's so cool. She's good at it, you know. It's like all the qualities that I love about Kaylee, times a 100. She's so funny and she's so nurturing and easy and playful and loving. I mean so loving, you know, it's beautiful."

As for what he was going to be doing for the actress on Mother's Day, he exclaimed, "Oh boy! I mean," before jokingly noting that the baby showers the parents hosted set the bar high, but he believed he would have to "come in under for Mother's Day."
