In their mommy's tummies, of course. So many pregnant celebs at the Met Gala this year we broke it down for you!
Met Gala Glow
The first Monday in May is always the highlight for those who snag an invite to the Met Gala, but some of the celebs invited this year had more to be excited about, and an invite to the once-coveted gala is just the cherry on the top!
Serena Williams Is Regal
The professional athlete and her tech entrepreneur husband, Alexis Ohanian, walked the carpet of the Met in color-coded black outfits. It would have been easy to miss Williams's cute bump. Just ahead of the Met, the tennis star posted a pic of herself and Ohanian in their gala outfits. She captioned it:
"Was so excited when Anna Wintour invited the 3 of us to the Met Gala." The two held hands while debuting the bump. This is the second child for the couple, with a daughter Alexis Ohanian Jr, 5.
Williams wore a Gucci ensemble in all-black with crystal details. She accessorized with a cluster of pearls necklace and a matching pearl headpiece. Hubby Ohanian wore a black suit and got all clean-shaven to be the groupie for his wife that Drake accused him of being on his joint Her Loss album with 21 Savage. A happily married groupie, we will add!
Karlie Kloss Is Radiating
Like Williams, model Karlie Kloss debuted her bump on the red carpet and gave followers a good look at her entire ensemble bump. Kloss wore a vintage Karl Lagerfeld design, obviously on trend with the night's theme.
The gown, made in 1983, is floor-length and features shadings of accent jewelry like a belly chain and cluster of necklaces. Kloss highlighted that feature by wearing a belly chain and a collection of pearl necklaces.
The dress was part of the blurred lines collection for Chanel, and not only did Kloss get to wear it, but her baby was also in the mix. The belly chain hugged her bump perfectly. Kloss was so excited to be pregnant at the met she captioned one of her posts, "baby's first Met."
Kloss did not walk the carpet with her husband, Joshua Kushner, an entrepreneur and brother to Ivanka Trump's husband, Jared Kushner (he just hung around in the back). This is the second baby for Kloss and Kushner, who have been married since 2018.
Rihanna Covered Her Bump
The singer, who has not been shy about showing off her bump, hit the red carpet wearing a black fur coat all covered up. The joke was on whoever thought Bad Gyal Riri was going down like that; she was later seen in an all-white gown like a freaking angel.
Belly on full displace and doing Valentino justice with what could be a wedding gown with how majestic it looked. When cold, she had a matching coverup covered in roses handsewn one by one, according to the singer.
Her "Fashion Killa" man ASAP Rocky rocked a suit jacket with jeans and a red kilt. The looks worked together, and we would be remiss if we didn't mention how well these women transitioned into their after-Met faces for low-key relaxation and small after-parties.
