There has been controversy surrounding Richards' toned physique as she was accused of using the controversial weight loss drug, Ozempic. Ozempic is a medication that is used to treat type 2 diabetes, but it has also been approved for use as a weight loss aid.

The controversy began in January when "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star, Melissa Gorga, accused Richards of using Ozempic to lose weight but later apologized after Richards spoke up against the rumors.

The Bravolebrity has been in the headlines recently after rumors started swirling that her marriage to Mauricio Umansky was standing on shaky grounds. However, Richard recently came forward to debunk the rumors, stating that they stemmed from a "stupid picture."

The picture was taken some time ago when Richards was seen leaving the gym in blue leggings, a black tank, and sneakers with her wedding ring off.

"It started all from a stupid picture of me without a ring on," she told Page Six, adding that her reason for not donning the ring was twofold.

"A, I haven't been wearing my big diamond ring because there's a lot of crime these days, and I'm like, 'I'm not comfortable,'" she explained. "And B, I had just come from the gym lifting weights, so I was like, 'That thing sparked that?' I don't know."

Richards' husband also weighed in on the rumors during his appearance on the "Two Ts in a Pod with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge" podcast.

He said, "We're not getting divorced. … I mean, it's so dumb. There's that one stupid story that came out there, and then the girls all, you know, decided to talk about it on the 'Housewives,' and so now it's a storyline."
