Margera has recently dealt with many personal and legal issues, which primarily relate to his substance addiction and mental health issues. In March, the "Jackass" star was arrested for public intoxication shortly after a rehab stint.

Margera has been an addict for years and has been in and out of many rehab centers across America. In 2019, the TV personality revealed doctors had diagnosed him with manic bipolar disorder. The year before, he was arrested for a DUI and put in another rehab center.

One of his most recent rehab centers tried a new approach to treating Margera by handling him as an outpatient, which also didn't work. Amid his drug and mental health troubles, Margera's wife, Nicole Boyd, officially filed for primary custody of their son, Phoenix, in 2022.
