'Jersey Shore' star JWoww's estranged husband Roger Mathews says he is the one being harassed and wants the reality star held in contempt for violating a court order during their divorce.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Mathews' lawyer fired off a letter to the judge in their nasty divorce as a response to the recent explosive allegations by JWoww.

Mathew’s lawyer wrote, “We are shocked and appalled at the outrageous, shameful, and contemptuous misconduct of Plaintiff, Jenni Farley. As the Court is likely now aware, in clear violation of an unequivocal Court Order” which prohibited either from harassing the other.

He says JWoww recently uploaded “what can only be described as a fictitious and defamatory account of alleged unilateral, abusive conduct that creates a false narrative to provoke and incite her personal followers – well over 10 million people – on the internet in a transparent campaign to extort Roger Mathews to abandon his rights as a father and his legal claims."

Roger also calls into question JWoww’s motive behind revealing allegations, claiming it happened to be on the same day she was “pedaling” a new YouTube show.

He calls her actions “despicable” and says that JWoww’s actions are a shameful exploitation of victims of domestic violence. Roger reveals that JWoww recently tried to get his lawyers kicked off the case by making false accusations about their work.

They warn, “These are not the games we tolerate being played.”

Roger claims his ex posted the allegations to harass and extort him, saying she slandered him to try and get her millions of followers to cyberbully, harass, intimidate and embarrass him.

He is demanding the judge set an immediate hearing saying he and his kids health and wellbeing are at risk due to her potentially dangerous “fans." He wants the judge to also consider finding her in contempt.

As The Blast reported, JWoww accused Mathews of physical abuse, and described a history of spitting, pushing and allegedly shoving her to the ground.
