Jesse Plemons says there is something exceptional about his marriage to Kirsten Dunst!

The Hollywood sensations are a pair made in entertainment paradise with their successful careers and blossoming romance. Like most industry couples, the lovebirds met while working on the set of "Fargo" in 2015 and started dating a year later.

Although they engaged in 2017 and welcomed two sons, the couple did not tie the knot until July 2022. As their first anniversary approaches, the 35-year-old shares his feelings about marriage.

At the premiere of his new HBO Max show, "Love and Death," the Dallas native opened up to ET Online about his marriage. The entertainer shared that he doubted the difference saying his vows would make in his life with Dunst. In his words,

"I wasn't sure how different [marriage] was gonna feel because we've been together for a while and two kids later, it's pretty solid, you know?

However, after spending nearly a year as a married couple, the "I'm Thinking of Ending Things" actor noted that the experience contradicted his beliefs. The Critics' Choice Television Award winner said, "But there was something nice about [a wedding] and setting aside time to celebrate it, and it does feel different, in a good way."

The "Jungle Cruise" star also sang his wife's praises for being a fantastic addition to his life creatively and intimately. "We connected first creatively and as friends, and I just enjoy her instincts and her opinions so much," the smitten husband raved. "She has such great taste, and [she's] sincere, which I appreciate."

The relationship between Plemons and Dunst seemed orchestrated by fate as their on-screen romance came to life. While starring in "Fargo," the pair played a married couple on the show, a role that changed their lives forever.

In 2019, the "Friday Night Lights" star revealed that his first meeting with the actress was a magical experience. "Immediately, without too many words being exchanged, I looked into her eyes and saw the beautiful, sweet, unguarded, welcoming human being that she is," the Dallas native gushed.

The "Spider-Man" actress shared similar sentiments to sources, noting that she knew her co-star would be a crucial part of life. "We were two people who worked very similarly, and it felt like a soulmate. I knew he would be in my life forever," the blonde beauty confessed.

Apart from starring as on-screen lovebirds, the couple shared a similar entertainment history as child stars. Thanks to their wealth of knowledge, the pair helped each other improve their careers, a gesture that brought them closer.

"We mostly give each other ideas if we have them. If I had to laugh, he'd do something funny off camera so I'd genuinely laugh," Dunst explained. "If it's my coverage, I'll ask him after a take, 'What else should I try?'"

After dating for six years, a source confirmed that the Hollywood sensations had said their vows over the Fourth of July weekend in 2022. The pair got married at the GoldenEye Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.

The Blast previously reported that Dunst and Plemons were chosen to star as on-screen spouses for the second time in 2021. The lovebirds, engaged then, portrayed a married couple in the Western movie, "The Power of the Dog."

Although most people found working with their significant other challenging, the dynamic duo revealed that they enjoyed their on-screen romance. The pair noted that it was "straightforward" serving as co-stars thanks to their bond.

Plemons explained that he and his then-fiancée had learned to communicate and share opinions without involving their egos. This meant they could trade ideas and not get hurt if the other person did not like their suggestions.

The "Melancholia" actress added that the partners could work together as they were creatively in sync. According to Dunst, working together for about a year before they started dating contributed to their strong relationship.
