Jonathan Majors' alleged victim does not want any contact with the actor as their court date approaches — an agreement the Marvel star likes.

The "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania" actor's reputation has been in jeopardy following physical violence accusations from a 30-year-old woman. These claims led to the TV personality's arrest in March, the beginning of his nightmare.

Since the shocking news dropped, the domestic violence case has raised more questions than answers about the Yale University graduate. The alleged assault victim recently escalated her claims with a temporary protection order.

In the latest development of the "Loki" star's case, Variety revealed that the 33-year-old actor could no longer communicate with his accuser. The alleged victim was granted a temporary protection order on April 27, weeks from their scheduled court day on May 9.

Majors shall defend himself against charges of assault and harassment during the upcoming trial, a case the plaintiff deemed severe enough to warrant zero contact with her alleged abuser. In a statement released to the news outlet, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office said:

"Today, a judge granted a Full Temporary Order of Protection for the victim, per the People’s request and with the consent of defense counsel. (At the time of arraignment, a Limited Temporary Order of Protection was granted.)"

The request means that both parties will not have any direct or third-party contact,  and the communication ban will remain in effect until their next court date. Per the DA office's statement, the consent of the defense counsel seemingly shows Majors's disinterest in having a relationship with his accuser.

The California native's attorney, Priya Chaudhry, reaffirmed her client's innocence in a lengthy statement after issuing the temporary protection order. Anastasia Elyse, a producer at ABC News, shared the legal practitioner's message on Twitter.

In her robust response to the DA's announcement, the actor's rep explained that the defense counsel consented to the temporary order of protection because "Mr. Majors wants nothing to do with the woman who assaulted him."

The attorney noted that the victim's accusations were false as the legal team provided "ample evidence" to prove the "Creed III" star's innocence. The proof included witness statements and a forensic opinion from a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Doctor and Trauma Specialist.

This expert gave an opinion on the victim's injuries after examining the photos and videos of the woman presented by the defense counsel. From this evidence, the specialist claimed that the woman did not have any injuries at the nightclub and the injuries she later sustained did not come from Mr. Majors (and could not have come from the way the woman described)."

Chaudhry continued, "The forensic medical expert's opinion shows that the woman is lying. It is disturbing that even when presented with this incontrovertible evidence, the District Attorney continues this false case."

The attorney slammed the DA for breaking their "own policy of not commenting to the press" by announcing what she described as a "non-event (a consented, standard order of protection)."

The legal representative claimed they did this to damage Majors' reputation and continue to inflict harm on the actor by ignoring his innocence despite having "no rational reason" to deny the truth.

More Women Accuse The Black Reel Award Winner Of Physically Assaulting Them

Sources following the ongoing case revealed that multiple abuse victims were seeking justice against their alleged offender. These women claimed they were physically assaulted by the "Creed III" star, lending their voice to the district attorney's office in condemning the actor's reputation.

Before these claims surfaced, the Los Angeles Film Critics Association Award winner had begun paying for the consequences of these allegations. The Hollywood sensation was dropped by his longtime management Entertainment 360.

Although insiders claimed the entertainer's contract was dissolved over "issues surrounding the actor's behavior," the end of his relationship with the company came three weeks after Majors' was accused of physical violence. Last month, the TV personality's PR firm, The Lede Company, stopped representing the 33-year-old.
