Being Frenshe is something Tisdale has used for quite some time to help her with self-care and mental health. Last year on World Mental Health Day, the former Disney star posted to Instagram about her mental health and how Being Frenshe has helped her.
“Today is #worldmentalhealthday. It's so important we destigmatize our struggles with our mental health help to feel supported and learn how to prioritize our well-being every single day," Tisdale wrote in the Instagram caption at the time. "@Frenshe and @beingfrenshe were created to do just that, and this community we've grown together has helped me so much in my mental health journey, and I hope it has for you too. We'll continue to share stories and tips for anyone who needs them without shame or overwhelm. 💕.”
Tisdale partnered with Frenshe to help the community open up, better themselves, and grow together. "This month on Frenshe, we are continuing our conversation around mental health. Look for stories that will help you if you are feeling blue, plus tips on what to say to a friend who is struggling with it."
Ashley Tisdale Stays In Touch With "High School Musical" Cast
Ashley Tisdale was part of the popular Disney Channel Original "High School Musical" franchise. Zac Efron (Troy Bolton), Vanessa Hudgens (Gabriella Montez), Corbin Bleu (Chad Danforth), Monique Coleman (Taylor McKessie), and Lucas Grabiel (Ryan Evans) were also part of the main cast.
Although the cast of "High School Musical" has not been together since the third film, "High School Musical 3," which debuted in 2008, Sharpay Evans actress Ashley Tisdale says they are all still in touch.
"We are all in different places of life, but what's so great about every single one of them is that you can text them and be like, 'hey, I haven't talked to you in so long,'" Tisdale said on a podcast. "Lucas [Grabiel] was just texting me a couple of weeks ago, and we were just chatting, and it's like time hasn't passed."
Tisdale closed out by saying, "They are all good people, and I think that we went through something that was just a wild time in our lives, and so I think that we all kind of remind each other of that."
