'Encanto' Character Takes A Fall During Disney On Ice Performance

Some of the most beloved Disney characters are touring the United States as they perform Disney On Ice!

Disney On Ice presents "Frozen" and "Encanto" is the current show touring, featuring fan-favorite characters such as Queen Elsa and Princess Anna from "Frozen" and Mirabel and Isabella from "Encanto."

Unfortunately, during a recent performance, Isabella spilled on the Ice as she got tripped up during her song.

During the song "What Else Can I Do?" Isabella performs a stunt as she flies high in the air, belting out the lyrics before coming down and landing next to Mirabel.

Mirabel and Isabella hook up to a safety device before holding hands and skating around. During this performance, Isabella seemed tripped up with her skate as she took a spill mid-song. Luckily, Mirabel was there to help assist her back to her feet as the show must go on!

The two quickly recovered and continued with the performance. Luckily, it seems no one was injured.

The video has since gone viral, gaining nearly 2 million views and hundreds of comments. "Lucky that didn't wrap around her neck," one fan wrote as another chimed in, "Oh no. It looks like they were supposed to do the trick too."

Another mentioned the length of Isabella's dress is dangerous, commenting, "They should have shortened her dress. It's dangerous."

As one user pointed out, "You could see the panic in Isabella when she falls, and she tries to get out of the harness thinking it's gonna lift."

Meanwhile, another viewer commented, "I was so worried she was going to fall out of the air. Thank goodness it wasn't that bad," one user said, "I've always wondered if a character slipped on the Ice if they get in trouble. I hope not! Lots of pressure on the whole cast ?."

And one fan commented, "Her dress got caught on the back of the heel. I love how mirabel tosses off the hoist and resorts to floor plan immediately."

Disney on Ice is a touring ice show produced by Feld Entertainment under an agreement with the Walt Disney Company. The fronts feature Disney characters such as Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, and others as they tell the stories of certainly animated movies.

You can see Disney Princess, storybook stories, or Disney-Pixar stories depending on the tour. The current show touring the United States is Disney On Ice presents "Frozen" and "Encanto."
