Paul Peden is continuing to clear the air about his time on "Love Is Blind."

The 28-year-old environmental scientist has been speaking out and clarifying bits and pieces about his time on the Netflix reality show since the live season four reunion aired on Sunday, April 16th. First, Peden expressed his frustration toward the reunion's host, Vanessa Lachey, for the way he felt she had questioned him and his ex-fianceƩ Micah Lussier on their break-up.

Lussier and Peden had been the only standing couple of the season not to say "I do" at the altar.

The reality star was then questioned by TMZ about the couple's second attempt at a relationship. Following the interview, Peden took to his Instagram stories to issue a bit of clarification on a statement he made in the video. Lussier, 27, also expanded on her ex's point via her own Instagram stories later on.

The former couple admitted to dating after filming for the season ended during the live reunion. They stressed that their reconciliation did not last for very long, and Peden later alleges in his TMZ interview that Lussier had been the one to end their relationship for good.

Peden spoke to TMZ's cameras at an airport and gave more insight into the duo's attempt to reunite.

"It didn't last for very long," he recalled of their relationship. "I went and visit[ed] her and pretty much after I came back to Seattle, she like, broke it off just like that, and I was just like, 'Okay.'"

Peden alleged Lussier "immediately f**ked off to Europe with some random person, a random dude, and I'm like 'Okay, cool.'"

As for the infamous moment where his ex-fianceƩ asked for him to be the one to answer first at the altar, he told the outlet that he didn't want to believe Lussier purposely intended to villainize him.

"I don't like to think that's true," he responded after saying it could be "possible."

"But I'm going to say a non-zero chance, you know," he concluded.

Peden later saw fit to post the clip to his Instagram story and explain a bit more about his statements.

"Listen yall, I want to clarify," he wrote. "We were broken up at that point and she was within her right to date whoever, as could I," he said, of the aforementioned Europe vacation. "And the vacation wasn't until months after they had begun dating and we had broken up. Just because it hurt me doesn't mean it was wrong," Peden concluded in the post.

Lussier also wanted to share her thoughts. She reposted Peden's statement to her own story and gave her own take in a separate slide.

The reality star stressed the time had come for her to move on from their relationship.

"On a real note," Lussier began, "there is a ton that happened between Paul and I that of course not everybody got to see or experience. Before AND after the show. There was real love, and with real love comes real hurt," she stressed.

"And that's our business," she continued. "And for now, I'm going to keep it that way- and hopefully he will do the same. Time to move on," Lussier concluded, with a heart emoji.

The duo has not publicly disclosed whether they are now dating other people.

Lussier also recently defended her friend Shelby, who appeared throughout the season. She was open with her distaste for her close friend's man, and the internet repeatedly discussed its feelings about Shelby's treatment of both Peden and Lussier.

Shelby had been caught on camera during Peden and Lussier's wedding saying she wished she had been "way drunker" and expressed she "wanted" the wedding to go south.

The Blast recently covered Twitter's visceral reaction to the moment as well.

"I think the thing with Shelby is that she does not put anything lightly," Lussier explained to People Magazine. "I think she is blunt, but she is also my person," she clarified.

"I think everything she did came strictly from love," she went on to say. "And she did not want me to get hurt. She's been through every heartbreak I've had, and she would not let it happen again."

"If she didn't think Paul was the right person, she was going to say something," Lussier continued. "But I did have to take everything she said, of course, with a grain of salt because she didn't know our whole story," she also said. (via The Blast, per Yahoo!)

As of this writing, Shelby has not publicly addressed her behavior or any social media criticism of herself.
