"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit Kemsley’s husband PK is facing more financial trouble, this time he's being sued for failing to pay a gambling debt.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Paul “PK” Kemsley is battling it out with a UK company named AR Legal Collections Limited, who was assigned the debt by a sports betting company called Star Sports.

The lawsuit claims that as of October 2016, Kemsley owed a total of $260,737. AR claims they worked out a settlement with Kemsley where he would pay $150k to settle the debt.

AR claims that PK made the first $75k payment but failed to make the last payment, leaving a $75,000 balance owed.

Kemsley argued in court docs that the collections company filed the case way past the statute of limitations. He even accused them of attempting to collect on the debt "first by making threats to Kemsley and his brother (who is entirely uninvolved with the debt) and then filing the lawsuit."

PK claimed all the alleged bets took place between 2010 and 2011 and they waited too long to sue him. He claims they failed to provide any evidence to back up their claims and demanded the entire case be tossed.

A hearing has been set for April.

PK still owes $1.7 million to a Las Vegas casino, nearly $1 million in back taxes and another $1.2 million owed over an unpaid loan.
