Tamra Judge's daughter, Sophia, has no interest in returning to school after a traumatizing experience.

Both staff and students, including the teenager, had to run for cover after a man armed with a weapon found his way into the school during teaching hours. Luckily, the authorities caught the yet-to-be-revealed individual, and details of the incident are still unfolding.

Even though nobody seems to have been physically harmed in the incident, Judge's daughter has been traumatized by the close call, stating that she does not want to set foot on the campus again.

Per PEOPLE, "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star recounted the gut-wrenching moments that led to the 17-year-old's decision, starting from when her high school was placed on shutdown following an armed man entering the premises.

Via her Instagram Story, she shared a screenshot of "the text no parent wants to get" that read, "Not a drill… We're being locked in the classes with the lights off."

Sophia then told her frantic mother that she was "hiding right now" and could hear police sirens but was unsure if "there was a shooter." Going into further details about the incident after the man was detained, the professional fitness coach appeared in a video in a second Story, stating:

"You get the text, and you're so helpless. There's nothing you can do in this f**king world. I'm so sick of it. I'm so sick of what's going on. My daughter now doesn't want to go back to school. It's her senior year. It's got to stop!"

She later explained that students were forced to barricade themselves in their classrooms with bookshelves, with teachers equipping them with weapons in case the situation worsened. "One teacher handed out hammers; another one had a fire extinguisher, ready to go after somebody. Kids were crying, 'I don't want to die,'" Judge said.

Amid the chaos, authorities revealed that the man in question was arrested for trespassing, with them finding a pocket knife upon him when he was searched. Following the update, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave took to her Instagram Story to share a message to Judge. The self-professed accountability coach wrote:

"What happened with [Tamra Judge's] daughter today was horrible. I am so glad she is safe. No child should feel unsafe in school. And no parent should worry for the safety of their child while there. We have to fix this!"

The 55-year-old reality star shares Sophia with her ex-husband, Simon Barney, whom she married from 1998 to 2011.

Last July, The Blast observed that Judge announced her return to "RHOC" after she exited the Bravo franchise in 2020. She had tweeted a short clip that showcased her posing in front of a green screen as she stunned in a blue dress.

She paired the outfit with a simple silver bracelet, multiple diamond rings, and silver heels. Her blond tresses were styled into a wavy look that framed her made-up face. The California native backed the camera at the clip's start and turned slowly to unveil her face, grabbing viewers' attention. Above the video, she wrote: 

"The Judge is back and drama's in session ? #RHOC #Season17."

One fan replied, "Congrats babydoll. You deserve it. Now go make some good TV," and Arroyave claimed that the "You're all the juice they need." A third person exclaimed, "Yes yes yes!!!!!!!! So freaking happy can't wait!!!!!," while a fourth tweeted, "I really hope Bravi gives us a grand entrance of Tamra's return in the opening of the 1st episode of #RHOC as they did w/ Heather Dubrow."

"Real Housewives" viewers first became acquainted with Judge when she joined the Orange County cast for its third season. Within a few episodes, she had given them prime television moments, including the unforgettable scene where she chased co-stars Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers and later took to the bushes to hide from Kelly Dodd.

Additionally, the mother-of-four gave the show its first wine toss and led a three-episode spinoff series, "Tamra's OC Wedding," that followed her and her current husband, Eddie, during their June 2013 wedding. Unfortunately, she announced her exit from the hit show after 12 years, later explaining that she was fired for asking for too much money.
