XXXTentacion's Mother to Be Returned Car Rapper Was Killed In

The mother of XXXTentacion will be returned the car he was driving when he was murdered last year.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a Florida judge granted a motion last week that will hand over the property to XXX’s mother, Cleopatra Bernard.
Back in January, prosecutors filed a motion seeking the return of property currently held by the Broward County's Sheriff Office.
Prosecutors explained that XXX’s mother requested the return of her son’s 2017 BMW 18 plug-in hybrid sports car. The car was taken by police as evidence following XXXTentacion’s murder outside Riva Motorsports in Florida.
The docs noted if the car sat in storage without being driven and maintained, it would cause extensive damage.
